Called me at 11:30a and told me that he would be here in approximately 45 minutes.At 12:15p he came to the door with a big smile, gave me his card, put his cover shoe slippers on, said hi Ms Neva (since he has been here before 3xs)Went to the Furnace/air unit and took of the front cover.I have a new ramp since he last was here and he noticed the hose from theunit that drains the water wasn't down far enough so he removed the hose blew into it and relocated the hose where it drained better.He asked if I had a new filter and since I'm in a wheelchair he got the filter from my garage and replaced it. He then did some checking of the temp from my vent and he then checked other things insidethe unit.He asked where the spigot for the hose was and went to get the hose from his van.He checked out the compressor, cleaned it and added freon to it.(took off the clinging vines and other junk that was on it.) He went to his van printed out my receipt, because I had no issues,was -0- because I paid 49.00 on your "big deals". Told me about some filters I could order online through them.Then he said thank you for calling Air-Rite again! WONDERFUL

All-rite was retained through the use of an AngiesList Big Deal coupon. Had to wait a couple of days for the coupon to be registered at All-rite, then we called to set up an appointment. They were very polite and met our needs for setting up a mutually agreeable date and time for the work.The serviceman arrived on time on the scheduled date and performed an inspection of the exterior AC unit, performed a coil cleaning and topping off of the refrigerant. He also inspected the interior coil in the basement unit and noted that we would soon need to replace the humidifier filter, but it was not needed immediately. he even gave us the right filter number to order when we were ready to pick one up. All in all, we would call them again next time we need AC inspection and maintenance

The price reflects a promotional deal offered through Angie's List for an AC check-up. My AC is on the roof and I provided a ladder to assist the contractor. He was very thorough and caught some issues I could remedy myself to better my AC. He also pointed out some things I should consider with my furnace (blower). He offered to replace the blower unit-compressor that day but I preferred to wait. It's likely I will use Air-rite again this fall for a furnace cleaning and have the compressor work done.

I didn't feel pressured in any way. The parts were on the truck and the service was completed with the extra parts. This should help prevent major repairs or emergency calls in the near future. I will use the service again.

Terry showed up on time and was courteous and efficient. We talked a bit about replacement options for some of my HVAC equipment, but he said that the AC unit was still in good shape and working well for its age. He did a thorough job cleaning the external AC unit. The Angie's List big deal price of $49 for an AC clean and check was very good.

The services were excellent and we have not any issues. He checked out things that had not been done for a while.

Two man crew tuned and tested furnace and central air unit.They were professional and thorough.I prefer having both tune-ups done at the same time and this Angie's List Offer was perfect for me.The company itself is a bit excessive with phone, mail, and email reminders.

My service tech was Nick very professional. Explained what he was going to do step by step. The tech was pleasant. He did an efficent and through cleaning of the unit. He cleaned up after the job was complete. All in all I would definetly use Air Rite again and recommend their services.

Steve performed the service on both of my A/C systems on 7/27/2012 and was a true professional. He called ahead that morning and provided an estimated arrival time and was 10 mins early. He insisted on removing his shoe once he entered the house even though our basement isn't fininshed. He started by explaining the service to be performed and answered some question I had about the dual systems operation. He performed the service on both systems as he explained and advised that one of the capacitor was going to need replacement soon but didn't push the service. I will do business with this company again.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! It is soooo nice to deal professional courteous people, from Lenore scheduling my appointment to Omar coming out to inspect and clean my a/c. Lenore called on Wednesday and Omar was Luton Thursday afternoon! Omar explained everything was curteous and helpful! I would definitely use them for my annual check ups and would even suggest them to our neighbors/board in our association!!!!

The service tech was prompt, courteous, and very professional. I looked at several different groups to do the work and am glad with the choice I made. They actually knew what they were doing and were deliberate in making sure everything was just right.

The guy was very pleasant and professional, and did a thorough job. He probably spent about an hour cleaning, checking and refilling the coolant of our A/C. Excellent deal, I almost felt like I was exploiting the guy.

Nick just left, and I couldn't be more pleased. I called to schedule (after signing up for one of the Big Deals), and we set up an appointment for first call (at my request) less than a week later. Nick called that morning to say he was on his way, about 15 minutes out. He arrived exactly 15 minutes later and did the best maintenance check that's ever been done on this unit. He found some wiring he didn't think was safe and fixed it. (No one else had caught this in the many annual service checks since installation ... but he showed me the spark hazard, and he was right.) He took lots of readings, topped off the refrigerant, and then cleaned the condensing unit better than it ever had been (including when I did it!). Nick was prompt, professional and thorough. I really only planned to take advantage of this Big Deal but I'm so pleased I'm probably going to switch my business from the other company I'd been using.

I called Air-Rite for an estimate and Tess came out. She was really knowledgeable, listened to me and quoted not only the a/cunit which I knew needed to be replaced, but also gave me three variations of heating and a/c systems at my request. Sheexplained all options thoroughly. There was absolutely no pressure and Tess explained that the cost savings I would incur if I purchased the whole system would be mostly due to current rebates. After getting estimates from two other companies in addition to Air-Rite, I decided to go with them. Not only was their customerservice excellent at this point, but they were the original installers of my HVAC system when our home was built. Since all threecontractors were quoting the same a/c unit, it was an obvious choice to go with them as they were the least expensive. Tess worked with me to schedule the installation and actually got me moved up from Monday to the Thursday before. Ken was the installer - arriving right on time, he was super efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and orderly. The area inside and out in was as neat as when he got there. He answered all of my questions and helped redirect my vents in the basement to close off rooms when not in use for peak efficiency. I can't say enough about this positive experience from start to end. It's never pleasant to have to make a major repair, but when you deal with honest, knowledgeable and nice people, it makes it so much easier. I will definitely use them again and am planning to have my humidifier replaced in the fall!

Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! Easy to tell these guys are professionals. My service technician was Henry. He called 10 mins. before he came, as I had requested. He came in, checked my furnace - my A/C was already not working, which I knew when I signed up for the deal. He opened up my A/C unit - told me that my capacitor was blown and showed me so it was clear to me that he wasn't making it up. He told me a new capactior would cost $108, which was a very good price (I checked on the internet). He thoroughly (extremely thoroughly) cleaned the entire A/C unit, replaced the capacitor and told me how to resolve a couples of issues we were having with airflow in the house. Overall, one of the best service experience I've ever had - I'm not exaggerating!! I'm going to get a quote from them for a couple of commercial locations that I have.

The service person arrived on time and was very thorough. He did a very good job not just cleaning, but assessing any potential problems that I may be encountering in the future. He did this without trying to upsell me on the spot. I was impressed with hsi professionalism and the quality of his work.
