They came out to do a furnace cleaning. I just bought the home in 2012. Previous owners did not regularly service the furnace. After inspecting and cleaning the furnace, Lorenzo recommended the igniter be replaced. He fully explained why it was needed, showed me the old part, and showed me the new part before he installed it. My furnace actually is pumping out warm air now.

The company was very professional and did an excellent job. I was out of town, but family was home and I was able to communicate effectively with air-rite's personnel in spite of the distance. Michael Pasquale was great and they did a good job. I would definitely use them again.

Promptly performed maintenance of furnace.

I had a coupon for a check up from AirRite, so i figure I'll use it because sometimes my air conditioning unit will not stop even the temperature is cold enough. The AirRite personnel came, do a detail check up and turns out some part of the central air system is failing or burnt. They gave me a quote quickly and explain the detail to me, I decided to get it fixed on the same day and they were able to finish it quickly.

They were extremely professional even gave us tips on how to make our home more energy efficient. Would definitely use them again.

Great. No issues or problems were identified. Service person also went out of their way to fix a pitch issue connected with exhaust piping on my furnace. He was very professional and friendly.

The tech said the furnace was in good shape, but that the humidifier needed servicing. Because of our previous experiences with them I believed him. I never for a moment thought he was trying to convince us to pay for a service that wasn't needed.

The AC unit is located on the roof of my townhouse building with no easy access. The technician who came arrived on time, and had no qualms about having to get to the AC unit by any means necessary, which included dropping down from a higher roof as the ladder used for access had been left flat on the lower roof by mistake. The whole check, tuneup, and adding refrigerant to the unit was quick and professional. And we got our ladder back!

Service technicians were friendly and skilled. Completed installation in timeframe given. Gave us information on how to most effectively use the new system.

Perfect. Found problem, had part, fixed AC

The problem was ultimately fixed, although technician really did not know why the problem was occurring. The A/C unit was cleaned on the outside and tuned up. I was charged $360.00 for the service. The following week the company ran a big deal in the area for a cleaning and tune up for $79.00. I felt like I received the same service a week earlier for more than 4 times the price. They did not bother or care to tell me about the special running the following week. I would probably have waited if I'd have known they would find nothing wrong with the unit and a cleaning and tune up was all that was needed.

The maintenance call was fine, but when our HVAC stopped working altogether, we called them back. The serviceman told us the furnace needed a new motor, which we authorized him to install (for about $500). The motor stopped working a few days later and a new company told us the parts Air-Rite installed were the wrong parts, and all needed to be replaced, which they did. The furnace now works great and out $500.00 to Air-Rite was just down the drain.

There was an initial miscommunication between the dispatcher and the technician as I was told that the technician would come between 12-3 while the technician called and said that he was coming at around 10:30 am. Luckily I got home in time (about a half hour after he said he would leave) and he indicated that there was some miscommunication with the dispatcher. He wasn't upset and was very professional. He inspected my a/c unit and even gave me tips on how to clean my condenser unit as well as how to keep it clean.

Overall we are very pleased with their service. The technician was prompt, courteous and performed the service as requested letting us know that our system is aging. Our AC performed well all summer which was extremely long and hot, so we are happy.

The guy who came to service our air condtioner was very nice and polite and what impressed me the most was when he didn't try to sell us a new air conditioner even though we had one part that needed service on our 12 year old unit. He actually said that our unit was in excellent condition considering it's age and said we were lucky. Soooo refreshing to not have service people try to rip you off! Great company!

I purchased the deal "$49 A/C Inspection, Cleaning & Tune-up with up to 1 Pound of Refrigerant!" and called to see if I could apply it to a repair, and they said yes. The tech came out and was unhappy that I was having a "repair" when they scheduled a "cleaning". He did find the problem; a capacitor was bad in the outside compressor. He got one from his truck and replaced it. He charged an additional $100 for the capacitor I was able to find online for $25. I guess the $75 inflated price and $50 original coupon was worth it. I was a bit disappointed with how the situation was handled though.

I purchased a deal from this company for an AC inspection. They did not reply to my email requesting an appointment time.

The serviceman arrived on time, cleaned and checked the equipment in my unit, then wanted to check the unit on the roof, but I did not realize that we needed arrangements in advance to gain access to the roof. The serviceman then rescheduled for the following Saturday, again arrived on time, and was escorted by our maintenance staff to the roof. When he completed the job he had me sign the receipt. He was very professional and understanding of condo rules and regs, and this was a lesson to me for future appointments.
