The person was argumentative, once we decided to forego extra services.

He was really good. He was very good at what he did. He fixed the problem and now everything is fine.

They were very professional and respectful. I was comfortable having them in my home. Terry took the time to explain everything he did and how I can prevent future problems with the furnance

It was alright. I expected a little more thorough cleaning. I just don't think they knew it was a boiler instead of a furnace before coming out to my home.

Setting up the appointment was as easy as one phone call. Air-rite was able to schedule a day that was convenient for me. They initially gave me a five-hour window, but told me to call back the morning of the service and they would have a better idea of when they would arrive. I called the morning of the service and they narrowed down the time to the last hour of the previously provided window of time. Very convenient for me. The service man was on-time and professionally dressed. He called when he was on his way to my condo. The service was fast and he explained every step of his inspection and what services he was providing. I would definitely use Air-rite again in the future.

The person who came was professional and cordial. He was pleasant and didn't try to up-sell me at all. They send me regular reminder to change my filter. Overall I was pleased!

They did a very professional work. They completed everything. They removed the old system and installed the new one all within a matter of hours. They did a very clean job of it. I was very pleased with it.

Lousy Work, and I am complete outrage now 1) I called them because of click noise from the air conditioning system. The guys said that the noise is from the damp motor, and asked me to change. The parts cost is $296, and later I found out the part cost is ~$80 everywhere. 2) After service the noise is still existing, and I called them to check it up, as I was told the warranty is 30 days. The service gay came back on 10/18/2012, and he doesn't know where this noise came from and called his boss to have a suggestion. He told me that this is nothing related to his previous work and charged me another $ 54, which I refused to pay. I called the service manager. The manager came another day, and I was told another totally different story. The service manager said the noise is because the hot air make the mental air duct expension, and no enough room for the pipe. But I was told by the previous service guy that I need to fasten the pipe, and not let them move to avoid the noise. BTW, the service manager steve is great person to work with. 3) I called to schedule a cooling up clean today, and I was told I need to wait for over 1 month. I explained to them that I am selling my house, and may not work for me. So is that possible to refund me the $120 as half of the service. I was told nothing could be refunded because I paid the whole package and the work they have done is worthy over $600. So I will be refunded nothing. Overall, the company cannot provide the service that they claimed and cheating cheating cheating on service charge. The service charge was itemized, and why they can cheat on this?

They came out and tuned up and fixed a thermostat issue. Did a great job!

It went well. No additional charge given. It was good that they did what they were asked to do and nothing more. It was reasonable price.

The tech checked up the heating system and share the existing and potential problem of the heater. Then, the company provide me the separate quote for the additional repair.

They were on time, and very professional. It's not easy to get to the AC unit, but there were no complaints about this. He gave great advice. He wasn't just trying to sell me on anything. Very polite and efficient.

Connected my thermostat but it later broke in the dead of winter

I purchased a furnace tune up from one of those Angie's List Big Deals. I called and scheduled and they had no issue working with my schedule. The serviceman arrived at the appointed time and was professional. I mentioned that an unusual noise had come from the furnace a couple times and he told me it was because of the filter that I was using. I had purchased one of those expensive filters that pretty much blocks out all allergens known to man. He said those filters are so constricting that the furnace has to work harder, and that caused the noise. He was right because since I started using a cheaper filter I stopped hearing the noise. It has been a year and I have not had any issues with the furnace so I'd say the work performed did the job!

I thought they did a good job, and I would use them again!

The technician was very professional in appearance and serviced the system in no time. He made several recommendation, especially about the lifespan left on the system (14 years old). It was changed soon thereafter by a different company.

Went well. No problems. Pleasant and professional service person. The date of service and cost are approximate...do not recall exact date or amount. Had purchased a Big Deal for the work, could have cost a little less than noted.

Called me the day before to give me a block of time that Omar was coming out. He was very loyal to his company's ethics and was telling me what he was doing before he did it. Cleaned up around himself and the air was even cleaner.
