Heat was installed in one day, they came back a 2nd day and installed the compressors for the a/c all in one day. They were very professional, worked steady, cleaned up when they were finished. I would highly recommend Air-Rite and Rob Munson. Others in my building that used them were very happy with them too.

We have had the same Air Rite technician (Terry) conduct our annual air-conditioning and heating maintenance. Terry is professional, courteous and very trustworthy. He arrives as scheduled and is very respectful of our home. I feel that any recommended repairs are needed and consistent with the age of our HVAC units. I would highly recommend Terry to others.

Bruce had come by to provide me an estimate to replace the water heater flue. He did a great job explaining why I also needed a chimney liner, which I had suspected. He gave me an estimate for the work, which was significantly better than one I received from another company. And he set up the appointment for the work. The guys that did the work came promptly. I dealt with Andy who was very professional and courteous. The work was done in a couple of hours and looked good. Would definitely recommend them.

Did a good job with annual maintenance. Was more expensive than other services but did an in depth job cleaning and servicing the unit.

There were some parts they replaced and their work was warrantied for a year. They are good.

It is on a maintenance contract. It is $600 for the full maintenance period for a full year. They are pretty good. For quality, we haven't had any issues. They are very responsive. They are always ion time. They do what they say they do at the price they quote you. They deliver on what they promise.

They told me also that I did not need to have a cleaning because I'd had done in the spring. They also said I was paid up and I didn't have to pay anything at the end of the year this year which I was very glad. The people that came to complete the service were very friendly.

The cost of service is about $500 for an annual contract. There was one person who came and completed the service and it took him an hour to do it. He left the area clean.

They arrived on time, and did a great job. They were not thrown by the fact our AC unit was in the attic in an awkward location. We were happy with the job, and infact took out a years service contract with them- which now has been fulfilled and they did a great job. We will be reupping with them.

I couldn't be happier with Air-Rite, I have been using them for several years now. First found them on Angie's List and had them out and paid for a furnace inspection deal in the fall. The person they sent out was fantastic and thorough, and recommend a few minor repairs. They did an excellent job. A year or so later and had to have them out to look at furnace again after a basement flood. They checked the furnace and gave it a good once over as I was sure it was damaged in the flood. Turned out to be okay. They did recommend their service plan, which I went ahead and signed up for. Due to the age of our furnace, I know it will need replacement soon. I plan to call on Air-Rite for the work. Excellent service!

Originally made an emergency call to fix AC during labor long weekend. Brian came quickly and fixed a faulty capacitor and got the AC working quickly. AC wasn't cooling good and I have had this issue all summer. He suggested I call them for a AC check up during normal hours ( as weekend rates were high). I called and had him come out again to do a full check on the AC as well as the furnace. He added 2 pounds of refrigerant and the AC is working better. Thanks Brian.

Technician did a great job.

It was a deal and that was all that had to be paid. There was something about it, the way it's installed or something that they said - and I agreed - that I need a better way of putting the filter in. It seemed more expensive than I had thought it was going to be. But, they looked at the furnace, cleaned the inside and did all that stuff.

I have used Air-Rite a few times and am always satisfied. Unfortunately, their rates if you go directly to them rather than using an Angie's List coupon are not comparable, so I have also used a few other providers on Angie's List and have been pretty much equally satisfied. As long as they seem to be thorough, change my filter and don't try to sell me any surprises, I'm happy. Air-Rite has always fit that description and provides an English-speaking, polite technician who cleans up after himself, so I have always been happy.

Technician came out and performed service well. Communication was very good and provided tips on maximizing the life of our furnace along with setting us up with a sales appt to evaluate the cost of getting our furnace replaced. Very up front about our situation(we have an old furnace that functions but should be replaced soon) and gave us feedback on the proper type of filter to use - apparently sometimes using the more expensive Filtrete which we were using were actually making our furnace work harder and less efficient. Received a writeup of what was done - very satisfied with the service.
