It was fine. They keep it all on record and they call us when it's time to come out. They did a really good job of coming out. It would be easy for a company to sell these coupons and then you buy them and then you forget that there is more than one part to it. They were just really trustworthy and professional. I was very pleased with working with them.

It was very nice. I like them. They have been our heating company for a long time. I started using them and it seemed to be okay. They were nice people.

We arrived home in February from a long vacation. I had the thermostat turned to 56 so it was chilly in the house. When I raised the temperature I noticed that the fan did not turn on. I had used Air Rite from a coupon from Angies list before so I called them, it was about 3 or 4 in the after noon, and explained my situation. |A rep from the company arrived about 7 pm that same evening and had our furnace fixed in no time. He was very professional and I couldn't have been more pleased. We added to the invoice by signing up for a maintenance inspection for both my furnace and AC unit to be performed anytime in the next year. We had both inspections done since than and as always feel we are getting the best service from Air Rite.

I have already done this twice. The second time I even got a reply from you. I do not understand what I am doing wrong that it does not seem to register on your end. I am doing this one more time and that is it!!!!

They did a good job and he was nice. We had him come out the end of December. I have already referred him to some friends and I would use them again.

The office called back less then 24 hours of making request and set the appt for the next day! The service tech Phil, called ahead of the appt to let me know when he would arrive. He was polite and introduce himself with a business card before coming in the house. He cleaned my furnace and explained in detail everything he did. He also changed the filter, and suggested what type of filter to use in the future. Bought this house in July and had a lot of work done so furnace really needed this service. I bought the Angie List Furnace cleaning and So glad I did. Would def use them again! Thank you!!

I was having an issue with my heat sometimes not coming on. Dan came in, inspected and cleaned my furnace. He also changed my filter and checked/set my thermostat. My filter hadn't been changed in a while and he told me that was the reason for my issues with the heater not coming on, the dirty filter was blocking the air from flowing properly. I'm so glad I saw this Angies List deal and purchased it. Dan answered all of my questions and provided tips for keeping my heat flowing properly. I would definitely use Air-Rite again and highly recommend.

Punctual. Professional. Competent. Tested various current draws and resistances. Cleaned thermocouple. Inspected and cleaned igniter. Tested air inlet and outlet temperatures. Tested flue temperatures. Inspected flame. Vacuum-cleaned interior and exterior of unit. Changed thermostat batteries. Changed humidifier pads. (Skipped changing air filters as I had just changed them.) Reviewed results and made recommendations. In general, very good service. I thought the $69 charge (each) to inspect and clean the furnace was a bargain, offset only by the fairly large $55 (each) charge to service the humidifiers.

Air Rite was responsive in scheduling the appointment. Ralph called ahead and informed when he would be at our house. He was absolutely professional to the core and did a very thorough job and answered all my queries. The best thing about thing about these folks was there is no upselling and it is all about getting the job done right. I would definitely hire them in future for all my furnace and AC servicing needs.

Had to call manager as felt the price charged for the part was outrageous. It was and the manager apologized that the technician had the incorrect pricing and he did reimburse me. I gave them a low score because others may not look into part costs like I did and notice the $$ error.

The technician was very efficient and straightforward. He gave us good tips about our furnace and didn't do any unnecessary repair.

We have been using them for years, service is always good. No upselling.

The work turned out great. They also changed a small capacitor and were able to complete all work in no more than an hour.

I bought this package because we purchased a home, that was filthy. I recently had the air ducts cleaned and knew we needed the furnace to be cleaned as well, so I purchased a special on Angie's list. The company came out but due to some construction we currently have going on, the provider suggested we wait until it is completed or the cleaning will only have to be re-done. The humidifier also isn't working properly and more work will have to be done than provided by this deal I purchased. The provider suggested me request a refund and to call them when our construction is completed. Thank you.

Ralph was excellent. Very professional, on-time and provided the advanced notice phone call that they promised and most service technicians don't often follow through on. While Ralph was here we had water leaking into our home as a result of ice melting from -30 degree temps we had earlier in the week. He was very helpful in providing additional perspective on those leaks as he noticed them when he was working on the furnace. The work was very fast, efficient and he was focused on providing high quality service. Probably one of the best technicians for any service call that I have had in the past 10 years. The one downside was that in conversing with Ralph about replacing our humidifiers the company wanted to charge us $725 per unit which included the Aprilaire 700 whole house unit plus labor and we needed to purchase 2. We shopped around and got other estimates which came in at a max of $400 per unit (almost 50% less) and so we are not using Air Rite to replace the humidifiers. Again, I appreciate their professionalism but they could not provide the best price for us for this project and it is a significant savings for us by using another provider. However for the furnace cleaning we did purchase a big deal for $69 per cleaning and felt like that price was competitive.

On the coldest day of this year, with a real temperature at -17 and a wind chill temperature at -34 degrees, my furnace stopped working. I called Air-Rite after reading many positive reviews on Angie's List Within an hour a serviceman arrived, quicky determined the problem, quoted a price and ordered the part. Fortunately I have a second furnace that was able to keep rooms without a furnace from freezing over. The following day the same serviceman came back to install the part and restore heat. The serviceman was timely, professional, courteous and neat. I definitely recommend Air-Rite and will use them again.

We readily get a date of appointment, unfortunately they did not come on the date set, my husband called to check, they apologize as they sort of misplaced the appointment but reset the appointment right way.The guy that came is very nice and professional and also able to found out that our new humidifier that was installed last year is not working and gave as an estimate of just replacing apart of it instead of the whole humdifier. Will use them again in the future.

He was on time, professional, and explained what he was doing.

Once upstairs, he explained what he was going to do for the servicing and answered all of our questions kindly, patiently and informatively. I would use them again, definitely!

Unbelievable incompetence. Total fail. These clowns booked my appointment in the wrong year. That's right, the wrong year and made it my problem. It's going to be a high of -9F and the fastest they ca get someone out is in 3 days.

Excellent service. Punctual and very courteous. Explained everything he was doing and willing and able to answer any questions I had.

Nick was very professional. He cleaned the furnace and advised us on what needs replacement and what are still functioning well. Even our dog likes him. :) It's good to know our furnance is still good.
