They called me and reminded that I have purchases a furnace tune up, which is great because sometimes you can forget it. I scheduled it and they showed on time. Job was done professionally and I asked a lot of questions about furnace which were answered showing that person knows his trade. I would use them again.

Went very well. Job performed as expected. Very thorough. Felt like I got my money's worth. Plus, they detected the source of an unusual sound coming from main floor furnace. It was a pressure sensor that needed to get fixed. They would have had the part in their rolling truck inventory, but my home builder likes to source less popular appliances/fixtures/etc. I have scheduled a return visit with the proper part.

The experience was fine. They did a good job, they came when they were supposed to, and everything went well.

Brian the technician was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained what was wrong with the furnace and what repairs were necessary as well.

Nick arrived right on time, even called a half hour prior to let us know he was on our way. He identified and fixed the furnace issue right away, gave us advice on temperature settings and other things we were doing wrong. I would recommend them highly. thanks!

Technician was very professional and on time. He seemed very knowledgeable and efficient at his trade. He educated me a bit on our furnace and humidifier as well. I appreciated an honest, down to earth technician.

Terrence Lyons from Air rite came out on the day I scheduled service. He called when on his way and arrived by 8am. Terry was very professional and appeared to do a great job, he informed me that my capacitor for the blower was going but didn't necessarily need to be replaced this year.

We needed a furnace cleaning after we remodeled our home and dust was everywhere. Scheduling was easy and Raymond came out on time. Raymond was very personable and knowledgable. Service was performed and he spent the time to give us some great maintenance advice. We would recommend this company again.

Our furnace burner was intermittently not flaming up causing periods of drop in the room temperature resulting in us increasing the temperature on the thermostat to kick-start the burner. Saw a big deal from AngiesList from Air-rite for "Furnace inspection, cleaning and tune-up" for $69 so purchased that. Called the provider immediately to schedule appointment to which I was told to call back once they've inserted the order in their system and send me a note through AngiesList. Received the email, called and scheduled for them to come out the next morning. Lady was very nice on the phone but I felt she was in a bit of a rush which is not a big deal. I was given a window of 8am to 12pm for the technician. Dan Pemble from Air-rite called at 11am letting me know he'd be there in 25 min and he was right on time. Long story short, Dan is awesome! He greeted me with a smile and he was very professional the entire time. I lead him to the furnace and immediately he knew based on what he saw what kinds of issue we were running into without me having to explain anything. He educated me on the causes for the issues and told me exactly what he would do and put me at ease that he'd have the furnace cleaned up thoroughly. He did a very good job cleaning the furnace and inspecting all the parts that need to be inspected and letting me know which are doing great and which I should replace based on the manufacturers recommendation and the test he performed to verify if the part was doing just that. I'm generally very attentive of someone screwing me over but Dan is someone you can trust and know he provides non-biased recommendations and takes pride in the work he does. I will definitely be having Air-rite, specifically, Dan over again for my A/C unit inspection and cleanup in a few months and possibly may even sign up for one of their plans to have them do a yearly inspection and clean-up.

While we did not hire Air-rite Heating & Cooling yet, I just got off the phone with them. She identified the issue we are having and was confident that it was an issue we could easily fix ourselves. Instead of sending a technician and charging us to identify the issue, she helped me out. If the problem isn't fixed by her suggestion we will be sure to call Air-rite Heating & Cooling! thanks guys.

24 hour answering service was reassuring when awakening to 53 degrees. The technician, Terry, arrived as planned and was 'spot on' in evaluating and FIXING the problem. There were no surprises, all was explained. I will definitely give return business to Air Rite

It went very well. The service technician called ahead of time and was on time. I am a first time homeowner and had some questions. He answered all my questions very thoroughly and explained everything. He was courteous, polite, and genuinely wanted to answer my questions as best as he could. To save me money, he also recommended that I change out my humidifer filter myself instead of paying him extra to do it. And he still showed me how to do it. I appreciated that. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

It went great! The unit has held up fine since they did the work. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

The purchase went really well. The member was very pleased with the results and how soon he was able to get an appointment. There were not any unexpected issues to occur while the work was being done.

For the most part everything went well. There were some issues but I will be honest that a large amount of the problems could have been attributed to an older furnance and coincidence. Although we things happen you have to respond and respond professionally. In this case I have been owning my home for 2 years and I never had an issue with furnace. Only issuses this house has is bad ductwork, which cause the attic/second floor temp to be much lower than rest of house. Well I am a new home owner and I was told that I needed my furnace inspected every year. So I did. I even waited about two to three weeks for the appointment date (further evidence that furnace must have been working. Or I wouldn't wait three weeks in chicago for an inspection).After that it all went downhill. I was told that I had decline some service offered to me and that that is probably why it is working because I was recommended to have some sensor replaced, etc. I was not told anything about a sensor. When the tech left my home he did not initially give me a receipt. He came back to door rang the bell and gave me this sort about how they are force to give reciepts now and that he need me to sign. Still nothing was said about any work needing to be done. After calling at 2am because furnace wasn't working I was told that service was declined by me. I then checked the receipt and realized that there was a recommendation that some part be replaced but that my unit was working fine. So all in all I passed te inspection. I wasn't told anything about this part and later my unit stop working for the first time ever. At this point I wanted the tech to come back out as soon as possible to find out what the issue is. I was told that I would have to pay like $150 to $200 for a diagnosis. What?!!! This made no sense to me. If my unit was working. When I bought the house, when I made the appointment three weeks ago , when the tech showed up at my house, etc etc on and on. And then after all this it suddenly is not working. And I just passed some sort of inspection by your company that I paid for and now you are expecting me to pay more for a diagnosis of my current issue. Wow! There is more to this story but I don't have time. My original point is that it could have been a huge coincidence that my older unit all of a sudden stopped (it was old- I understand), however I expect companies to use common sense and professionalism when addressing issue and know that it's might not be appropriate to try and charge for a diagnosis after all of this. And the who conversation about the part that was declined was all a front. The woman I spoke to that talked about me declining the service had know clue what she was talking about. This part was not a part that the technician carries and needs to be specially ordered, per the regular staff and tech I eventually spoke to on a later occasion. The lady who made these comments about declining service was simple trying to find a away to defend the situation and to come up with some reason why this happened. So I don't blame the tech. He was completely honest about everything and he also agree that this is a very wierd situation and that it is a coincidence. He assured me that he did nothing wrong when he worked on the unit. I am inclined to believe him. However, when you have too many cooks in the kitchen and someone like the woman on the phone is speaking about things she is either uncertain about or not authorized or qualified to speak about she causes problem. The company did give me a refund. I went with someone else. I was glad I got a refund. Everything leading up to the refund was not fun at all. So I can't give them an A and I would be wrong for given them a C (maybe) so I would say a B.

The service turned out very well. I had noticed a small leak on the furnace, and the tech came out and it turns out that it wasn't my condenser that was clogged, but it was some kind of a defect and the furnace was rusting inside. He took it apart, and he showed me how everything was inside, and helped us get a new furnace and get it in in very quickly. This was during the whole Vortex thing, but he was really helpful, and he did a great job. They were there early, and then waited exactly for the time of the appointment. I heard a knock on the door, and they had boots on and it was good. They were really good. The new furnace that we installed qualified for a rebate, and so the salesman walked us through how to get a rebate, and we would get 700 Dollars back from rebate. They were super helpful, and we are brand new in town, and so that was a good orientation. The price was good, and with the rebates, the price was lowered. They had the best response I have ever seen, and they finished at the time they said they would. We will use them when we replace our air conditioner.

They showed up on time, did their work neatly and efficiently, did not magically find four other things wrong to escalate the bill with, it was a pleasant experience. The technician was friendly and knew his trade. I would recommend this company to a friend for sure.

Great service and very professional. Technician warned me that my ignitor was getting bad and it needed to be replaced. I passed but 2 weeks later my ignitor went out and so did my furnace when it was -20 degrees. Definitely knowledgable people and very fair.

It went very well. Marco spent significant time explaining everything each step of the way. When he noticed that the EAC cells were no longer operating, he explained to me what my options were to replace them and he took into consideration which option was most cost effective during this discussion.
