I called to schedule the service, and talked to Sandra. She, rolled me they were extremely busy, and could perform on July 21, 2014, between 9a.m. to 12noon. It was getting hot and we ended up calling somebody else from Angie's list.

My house is on the market for sale and I needed someone ASAP, prior to buyer's home inspection. Air-Rite's rep said that the end of July or beginning of August would be the earliest availability. Within 5 minutes, I made a call to another HVAC company and scheduled a Tuesday, 7/8 service call... for just slightly over my Angie's list discounted rate.

The order ID is from PayPal which I used to pay for the coupon. I did not understand the limitations on this coupon. After purchase I received an email from service provider that explained that the coupon was limited to certain services The coupon was for cleaning and inspection of furnace. The email that was sent stated that the coupon was only for cleaning and diagnostic would be $98.00 additional. I asked about the inspection mentioned in the coupon and was told yes they would do that. I'm not sure what the real difference is between the inspection and the diagnostic. The provider did email and explain what the difference was. I feel that I would rather try a different provider.

I ordered this deal for a furnace when I needed a boiler service by mistake. The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and polite.

We had Dan as our technician. He was awesome. He checked out our unit while searching for the source of the smell. He explained to us what he was doing the entire time, and went above and beyond to let us know about upcoming service needs for our hvac unit (it hasn't had any service in quite some time). He proved to us why those service needs were necessary, so it wasn't like he was trying to sell us on another appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and courteous. We will definitely be calling Air-Rite again for any of our hvac needs.

The technician was extremely pleasant in answering all the questions I asked and even applied a little extra refrigerant when the amount allowed by the coupon didn't complete the job. He gave me a real primer on the pros and cons of the different brands of air conditioners and was generous with his time. A very personable, trustworthy and knowledgeable gentleman.

After calling to get an estimate, someone came out and gave me a very fair price with an estimate that it would take around ten days to install. I signed the estimate and faxed it back, and received an e-mail almost immediately saying that I could get it installed right away as someone already had a job in the area. He came about one hour early and did an extremely complete job. It took awhile but everything is working great and he cleaned up everything. I have always used Air Rite and I will continue.

The service was good. My wife was at home at the time.

It was good. I didn't pay anything extra beyond the big deal amount. They were good. They were professional and on time. They did a good job.

It was good. I bought the voucher for $45 or $50. Then we had to replace a part once they came out, which cost us an extra $100. They have just been very easy to work with and very professional. Some service providers come into our house and we feel like they are trying to sell us extra things. They just come in, do their job efficiently and aren’t trying to sell me stuff. They do a good job. I would use them again in the future. I was actually on Angie's List recently looking to see if they had air conditioning too.

The technician came ontime and seemed thorough. No surprises.

Inspector arrived on time and did a thourough inspection. It is always concerning when someone says you need a new furnace but since ours was working fine, we did not take his advice on a new one.

Overall a very easy great experience. They were fast and cleaned up afterwards. No issues and they are great company to work with.

Provide came on time and performed the through cleanup of the furnace. Gave a bunch of useful tips along the way. Perfect service and would highly recommend.

They came in and did a decent job. They suggested that I replace my whole system and referred me to someone else. I haven't gotten a second opinion just yet, but I haven't made a decision whether I want to do that or not. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. His communication was very good. He called me ahead of time. He called me as he was driving up and he called me also while I was at work. I had my mom there while he was doing the work and he called me and let me know his suggestions for the maintenance or replacement of parts. So communication was pretty thorough.

They were very informative, and gave suggestions on service providers to use for chimney cleaning! They were also very professional, and I was happy with their service.

6 months later I called another company due to a separate issue and they proved the furnaces were not properly cleaned. Air rite replaced ignitors but I have no way of knowing if that was needed, nothing was explained or shown so I had to trust their assessment.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Air-Rite. The technician was very courteous and went out of his way to answer all of my questions. The technician offered to change my humidifier pad in addition to the services I had paid for. He told me how much it would cost but also told me that I could do it myself by buying the pad and installing it. Then he proceeded to show me exactly how to change it out myself. Very customer-focused and service oriented. The technician was very knowledgeable and open to giving advice and answering questions. I felt like the technician was more worried about making sure he met all my needs rather than trying to up-sell me on other products and services. I would definitely recommend using Air-Rite.

Great reps! Very informative and explanatory. Went into great detail about what changes were needed and why they would be beneficial. Even explained improvements Nicor could help make to better efficiency. Ultimately, they were by far the most expensive of all our 5 quotes so we chose another contractor.

It didn't happen. I went back to a provider I've used in the past, not on Angie's list.

Purchased the Big Deal for a furnace tune up. Called and said they had nothing available for the next 6 weeks. Said I needed something sooner so that wouldn't work. Said they can see what they could do. Responded a few hours later saying that they had found date. Tried to set it up but then they said they had no record of my purchase (even though I received a message from them telling them that I should call and schedule). Said it may take a day and they will call me when they received. Never heard back.

They were very good and did a good job.

They are okay and that is a good experience.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for a $69 furnace cleaning and service. I need to complete this work as part of the closing requirements for the sale of my condo. I called Air-Rite before purchasing the coupon to find out about availability of scheduling service, but when I mentioned that I was using the Angie's List coupon, I was told that I had to purchase the coupon and wait 24 hours before calling to schedule. The person on Air-Rite wouldn't look at available appointments until the coupon was registered in their system. I purchased the coupon and called Air-Rite as soon as I received the "we've got your coupon" email. At that time I was told the first available appointment was June 6. This was May 6 so they couldn't schedule a service call for a month. This was way past my deadline for the condo, but also an unacceptable amount of lead time when trying to schedule maintenance on major home mechanical system.

Will contact Air-Rite in August, 2014 to perform furnace inspections.
