I left a message Sunday afternoon for Jeremiah about our leaking water heater and received a call by 8 am from Josh on Monday. Josh was able to come look at it that morning i had a quote in less than an hour and the whole thing was done that afternoon. I already knew the pricing and this is very competitive for a 50 gallon tank. Great experience!

Description of Work: We needed to have one of our toilets unplugged. Josh Poulaki has helped us before and has always provided prompt, courteous, professional, and effective service. He did so once again. He returned my call within two hours and was able to work us into his schedule (not an easy task) on the same day I called - he was very sensitive to the holiday season and the fact that we had guests. Josh arrived with all the tools necessary to complete the job and did so while he was here. He carefully explained to us what he believed caused the issue, what he did to cure it, and what we should do to prevent it in the future. My wife and I highly recommend Josh.
