I called ADV Masonry on Wednesday morning, Dale called me back in 10 minutes. He asked if I was home and if he could send someone over. Adam was in the area, he came to my home in 5 minutes and evaluated the job I asked him about. Adam also offered some educational information about natural stone vs cultured stone. Very useful information. Dale set up the time for the very next day but rain delayed us one day. Dale sent me a couple of emails, keeping me informed that his men would be here Friday, April 4th around noon to 2 PM. Dale drove to my house Friday morning with one of his men, scoped out the job and said his guys would be back in an hour or so. The two men were here right on time at noon. DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB!! Cleaned up and looked for any additional areas that needed tuck pointing, beyond what was in the quoted work! They cared about doing the job right! I will use them whenever masonry work is needed from now on! I really like how Dale uses the internet and email. Makes life easy.

I found ADV Masonry through Google and sent an email for a quote to change the design of our basement fireplace. Within an hour, I got a call from Dale who offered to come by the same day to take a look. He was very helpful in offering advice on what could be done to remove the existing stone and still keep my mantle and wood surround in place. He also left several books with pictures and stone choices. A few days later, we decided to go with ADV and right away Dale came out to my home with physical stone samples and started the process to finalize a design. I had originally though to use manufactured stone veneer, but he urged me to consider real full stone and offered to do it at no extra charge. It took me a few days to decide on materials and the whole time he was extremely responsive to calls, texts and emails. Another thing is that he very punctual which I find rare in the this industry. He and his team were right on time the first day of work and started the demolition process by first covering all the floors and protecting the furniture. His mason guys were also very friendly and extremely talented in their profession. They worked all day until 8pm to get everything done. He also has a separate crew that comes in cleans the stone after his masons are done. The end result was an amazing looking fireplace that consists of real stone and tons of character. Because of Dale's experience, I was able to achieve the exact design I wanted and still keep my existing mantle and surround. I wouldn't hesitate to hire ADV again and strongly recommend his company if you want the highest quality work, great customer service and reasonable pricing.
