While I've known Dustin for 20 years, I finally was in need of his services. He came out and inspected our roof, and patiently and nice went over everything. What I like is he gave us a timeline of when we might need to replace it and also gave a suggestion on something we might want to do in the meantime to maintain it. Top marks!

We are very pleased with the work done by A&D Exteriors on our house. People came promptly each day and cleaned up at the end of each workday. We had a roof leak above our living room. Within 24 hours of contacting A&D, they were on-site to provide an estimate. The quote was very reasonable and within 48 hours the work was complete. Not a trace the crew was even there - no debris at all - just a nice watertight roof. Would highly recommend A&D to anyone looking for a quality job.

A & D Exteriors completed a complete roof installation at my home. Excellent work! A & D met with me to evaluate the job and provided a great overview presentation for me of what would be done. Working with Dustin setting up the project was so easy. He listened to my concerns and areas that I wanted to focus on with regard to the roof. Katrina was great, helping us select the materials that would complement our home. I had two layers of roof that had to be removed. The crew did this so quickly and efficiently. They addressed areas of wood that needed to be fixed with no problem. I also had bathroom vents routed properly to the roof as well. Bath vents were not properly routed before, and Dustin had this correction as part of our project. They use the best vents on the market for this. Robert’s roof caps. The roof shingles and flashing were done with care and quality. I even watched one of the team members as he carefully positioned shingles each time so they were perfect. They took their time to do the job right, but are so efficient the project is done in one day. The crew cleaned up the property so well afterwards, which is a difficult task after taking off two layers of roofing. I had multiple quotes for this project but I would tell others not to even waste the time and to sign with A & D Exteriors for whatever your project entails. A & D Exteriors are top notch from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to do business with Dustin and to have his team take care of our home. Our roof looks great, and makes our home look so much better. I have peace of mind now knowing that it was done the right way by true professionals. After considering 4 other companies to redo the siding on my house and install a new front door, I decided to go with A&D Exteriors for several reasons. First, I saw some other homes they completed in the area and they looked great. Second, they did get good reviews on several websites. Third, the person I worked with (Gene) was genuine and not "salesy" at all. He made recommendations and explained everything thoroughly which made me feel I could trust him. The only concern I had before hiring them was the price. They were actually the lowest price quote I received and that always scares me. But I am so glad I made this decision. I signed the agreement (no money upfront) and the materials were ordered in October with the expectation that work would begin in the spring. Gene communicated updates to me throughout the winter and one day he calls and says we have a 5-7 day window of good weather coming up and asked if I wanted to get started in 2 days... they started the work immediately. I got to know Al (the true talent in the company) and talk about a fantastic guy!! He was always very courteous and asked about every little thing to make sure the work was done to my complete satisfaction. The work was completed in about a week with all siding, windows capped, gable vents, posts and garage capped, and a new entry door installed. As my wife and I inspected the work, we really wanted to find something wrong but we couldn't! His miter joints were picture perfect... I've never seen work that perfect before! As he was cleaning up on the final day, I could really tell he cared deeply about his work because he would make the tiniest little adjustments on things to insure 100% perfection. I can't say enough good things about this company, Gene Rathbone and Al. The mock-up pictures they did beforehand compared to the actual pictures are almost identical... even their designer did a fantastic job!! I will use them for any and all work I need in the future!

This company did an incredible job! Kevin, their Estimator was great. He took all the time we needed to determine what we wanted and made sure that that was exactly what was completed. He arranged for us to get exactly the shingles, vents and trim we wanted. Their crew did a great job completing everything perfectly. This company is attentive to every detail and make customer satisfaction a top priority. The price was very good for a large house, with a steep roof, 4 peaks and a Sky Light. They used creative techniques to permanently correct issues we previously had that other contractors failed to repair properly. They cleaned up everything so well that they even thoroughly cleaned our driveway. Their warranty includes inspections every 2 years which they are happy to perform very soon after you make the request. We love our new roof and highly recommend this company. I will be using this company in the future.

We had a roof in desperate need of repair. A&D not only quoted us the best price, they used the highest quality shingles. They offer a wide variety of services such as soffit/fascia replacement. Their crews were professional, hard working, and skilled craftspeople.

Their roofing crew did a great and speedy job. They were very professional and courteous and use only quality materials. We had a minor miscommunication which they were quick and courteous to correct. Clean-up is exceptional. From sales to follow-up to roofing crew to clean-up crew, they were great. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very happy with the outcome. We were dreading this job as we have extensive plantings around the entire perimeter of our home. A tear-off and roof replacement is by definition a very messy job. The crew did a great job protecting and respecting our numerous plantings -- thus we had minimal damage. They spent significant extra effort to haul all the debris across the roof to small landing spot in front. Not the cheapest bid but we are happy we went with this boutique roofing -- quality materials and crew

We picked A&E out of three bids because they were people we could work with. They required no money until the job was complete. They provided expert assistance to help us finalize the style and color of our siding. We were completely satisfied with A&E.

The sales guy (Chris?) was knowledgeable and courteous. They provided a detailed quote (unlike some of the competing quotes I received from other roofers), and Heidi came out to help pick the right color. Everything went as planned. Job well done.

From our sales experience with Chris, to help with color selection with Heidi, to the installation crew led by Eugene our experience was nothing short of spectacular! Furniture was removed and replaced on our deck. Our flower beds were covered. The utmost care was taken to avoid damaging our property. The installation crew was polite and professional, they made a project we had dreaded as pleasant as possible. The cleanup was amazing! Above and beyond! Very meticulous! Wow!

A&D communicated with me throughout the process. This was a small job that involved searching for siding to match what I had. It took A&D about a week to find and acquire suitable siding. Once it was in hand the work was done quickly.

We had a great experience with A&D Exteriors. Heidi made the entire experience easy and answered all of our questions. The crew did a great job in extremely hot weather and finished our roof in the same day. Their prices were very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes we got. I would definitely recommend A&D and will use them again in the future.

Excellent. The scheduled roofer was a no show and we are trying to get house on the market. Dustin listened and squeezed us in within hrs! Good communication, polite....could not ask for better!!!!

I thought these guys were great. They were the on top of everything from the quote to completion. Great communication and follow through. I called 5 companies. One never called back, 2 were ridiculously expensive and A& D came in slightly above the last quote. But their professionalism won them the job & they lived up to their excellent rating. They asked questions, made recommendations & did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished. I didn't pay a dime until the work was completed and I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them and would not hesitate to hire them again.

They were able to tell me that the roof was OK, but the gutters were the problem. Unfortunately, they could not do the job.

In May 2020, A&D Exteriors completed 2 large projects for my wife and I: 1) they replaced our asphalt shingle roof, and 2) they installed vinyl siding to replace our cedar siding. We are extremely pleased with how both projects turned out! Kevin Kowalski was the project manager for both projects, and he was a pleasure to work with. He came to our house to evaluate what we wanted done, and he emailed us detailed proposals for each project. The prices were very competitive, and we signed the proposals to move forward. From start to finish, Kevin kept us informed about the status of things, and he always answered our questions promptly. A&D Exteriors also has a designer, Heidi, and she came out to give us her ideas, including helping us choose colors. The roof replacement was done first, and it was completed in 1 day. Eugene was the foreman of a large crew of 7. They came at 7:30am and were done at 3:30pm. Importantly, the crew did a terrific job of cleaning up. Something we particularly liked was that they didn’t put a fixed dumpster in our driveway, they used a dump trailer on wheels to avoid doing damage to the driveway. The dump trailer was dropped off the night before, and was taken away the same day after the roof replacement was finished. The siding project was next, and Arthur was the foreman of a crew of 2. The 2 of them did an amazing job putting up the vinyl Board and Batten vertical siding and the LP SmartSide engineered wood trim to closely match the existing look of our Tudor style house. The work was completed in 4.5 days, and the house looks great! They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. We give A&D Exteriors our highest recommendation!

From start to finish, A&D Exteriors was an excellent company to work with. I had several quotes but they were the most straightforward and honest from the start of the project. Chris did an outstanding job of keeping us informed on timelines, explaining the project in detail, and answering any questions we may have had. Heidi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable once we entered the design phase, too. The projects were completed quickly and were done with a high degree of craftsmanship. They even went above and beyond with a secondary "clean-up" of the yard to ensure no nails or particles were left behind. All in all, a great experience!

A & D Exteriors promptly came out to look at my roof and give me an estimate for replacing the shingles that came off in high winds. Then they came quickly that afternoon to replace the shingles. Very happy with their service.
