We appreciate your feedback, but we would like to clear up a few things quickly.First of all, the first "price quoted" to you was never a number. We were confident we could do all the repairs and work discussed for a few hundred dollars, meaning under $1000. The technician never gave an exact price until you received your estimate, which was under that cost. You were also informed on the day of the appointment, that the work you desired was not covered by the special you purchased. Once again, please contact Angie's List directly for your refund of the $99 purchase price. Our quote factors in a quality repair job by a skilled technician. Im sure after getting other estimates you will find our price for the repair is more then reasonable for the work involved. Once again we appreciate your feedback. -Dustin
