Description of Work: Checked out roof and did an inspection along with some light patching. Gave ideas on what to look for in the future along with a comprehensive estimate on full replacement. Very professional and quick to point out things I was unaware of.

Description of Work: They came out for a roof inspection (which was a special deal) and did exactly that, was here for a good length of time, was very professional. I had expected a list of recommendations (thinking who wouldn't want to make some $$) but instead I got a good report and no work recommended! I was very pleased to say the least! I would use A&D again and would recommend them.

Description of Work: Wouldn't even do inspections, which is what I hired done because roof was too high. I asked them to give me a quote. They would not.

Description of Work: We had a Complete tear off, of the roof's shingles, tar paper, and ice barrier. Down to the plywood. They checked for 'bad' plywood, of which there wasn't any! Took out the much disliked 'square turtle' vents, kept my attic fan, and installed ridge vents! My heat stacks were painted with a metal type of paint, because they had rust markings, and that looked Bad, especially when one is getting a new, and complete roof! |The 2 really nice and friendly fellas, dropped off the empty dumpster, the day before the install, Thursday. Roof was done Friday and Saturday. The loaded dumpster had gotten picked up on Sunday! WoW! That was fast! |The Forman of the install group was very polite and professional! The crew was polite, too. They did what was to be done, without wasting any time. They started to tear off the shingles. Then the 'shingle' man came, with all the materials. He had a bit of troubles, with our dang power line being in the way, he could not lay the materials on the roof top, like it's usually done. But he and the foreman, figured out what to do...just lay the material on the sidewalk. Too bad for the roofer's, they had to manually carry the packs, and rolls up to the roof. Those materials are Heavy, and that is a lot of extra work for them! The fellas cleaned up all of the debris really nicely! I appreciate everything that was done!! |Krystal and Dustin(owner) are Terrific people. Krystal first came over to explain Everything to us. Had questions? No problem, to get an answer. If she didn't know the answer, she said so, and said she'd find out, and get back to us. Which she did!! She did a Fabulous job of explaining about shingles, tar paper, and ice barrier. We got the 30 year, architectural shingles. Why, how, what....she did it all! Krystal went to our roof top to measure for the amount of materials needed, took pictures, and checked things out for us! This took her almost an hour to do! She did it Well! Came down and explained how much, and what ever else we wanted to know. Again, she did it Well! Krystal is soooo professional, polite, and personable, gotta love her for that!! A&D also offers a roof check, call them every 2 years, so they can go up on the roof, and look for popping-up nails or loose shingles, or whatever! |You Are Going To Love This Company! A&D takes care of things, just like the 'old days' when we were growing up, and Daddy had guys come over to the house and do repairs and maintenance work done. Description of Work: I paid for the big deal. They contacted me in an email and said that the service did not cover nor include inspecting a leak in the roof. That would be a separate service call. I do not need anything else done. so I need my money back to get a roofer to repair the leak we have. ASAP Thank you.

Description of Work: Vendor came out on $99 roof inspection. Highlighted problem areas on roof & later provided quotes for new roof. Also did some minor patching. Definitely worth the $99. Went with different Angies list roofer due to price. |M

Description of Work: Reviewed roof, skylights and chimney. Our skylights needed to be resealed and Kevin handled the project flawlessly. Excellent service.

Description of Work: They changed the roof with 50year shingles on the house,gazebo,and shed; installed 3 solar skylights; and installed an attic fan and 3 vents. The work was done in 2 and1/2 days in very cold temperatures. The shingles were heated in a warming house of 120degrees before they were applied to the roof. They cleaned up after themselves every day they were finished. Very professional company. We are very happy with the outcome.

Description of Work: Purchased a roof inspection from Angie's List. Krystal did the inspection, showed me photos of potential problem areas and caulked spots that may leak later. She was very polite and thorough. She said we still had a few years left on our existing roof. I asked her for an estimate for a new roof & she gave me a fair price with a complete breakdown supplies and what A & D includes in the installation. We will DEFINITELY be having A&D do our new roof. They went way beyond our expectations.
