Description of Work: It went well until they told after coming out, that they couldn't honor my Big Deal. My pitch on my roof was too high. Please refund my money.

Description of Work: Upon calling A&D Ext., Gene Rathbone, Project Manager returned my call the same day and advised he would be able to come out for the free inspection today (6/8/15) between 2-3 PM. He arrived on time, was polite and professional, did the inspection and provided his opinion and recommendations with an easy-going approach. What a delight to do business with this kind of service! I "highly" recommend A&D ~ Excellent!!

Description of Work: Dustin at A&D read my note within the big deal purchase and contacted me to explain that his roof maintenance package would not address the problem. Politely encouraged me to cancel and save my $99!

Description of Work: We rescheduled two other times due to weather. When he finally came to do the repair and inspection he was unable to do so because the pitch of my roof was too steep for him to climb. He suggested that I get a refund from AL. He was a great guy, honest and kind. Would love to use them in the future.

After Justin shared his wealth of knowledge regarding exteriors, I was confident that at this particular time I do not need to address my concerns. I am thankful for the opportunity to speak to Justin, because I now know A& D Exteriors is who I will contact when I need to hire someone for maintaining the exterior of our home. This definitely made my afternoon because the demands of maintaining a home brings along stress that is dramatically decreases when you find a contractor that you appreciate. Description of Work: They re-did the siding on the front of my house. Their work was really good, but the communication leading up to it wasn't very good. Once they were here, they were very accommodating.

Description of Work: My house didn't qualify. The company was very polite and responsive but unfortunately doesn't do my type of housing.

Description of Work: They put a new roof on my house in 2013.

Description of Work: We have signed a contract for an all new exterior of the house. Siding, roof and whatever else. They are getting ready to start. They have been very good so far, and my wife and I are impressed with them.

Description of Work: Inspected the roof, caulked around flashing and areas where gutters were leaking. Overall, said the roof was in good condition and should be good for another 10-15 years. Recommended annual inspections.

Description of Work: A and D Exteriors did a maintenance inspection of the roof of my home. Kevin was very professional and took his time explaining to me what was included in the inspection and how everything looked once he completed the inspection. I will use this company in the future as needed.

Description of Work: She covered up the nail hole pops and put some caulk around the flashing and general inspection of the roof. We asked for an estimate on a new roof, but she was honest enough to tell me that she did not think I needed a new roof. I was very pleased with her service.
