Description of Work: Came out and looked at our roof. Caulked areas that needed attention. Measured for estimate on new roof and gave us information on roofs condition. The company did a very nice job and were very pleasant and helpful.

Description of Work: I am very impressed with Krystal. She arrived on the right day at the right time. She gave the roof a thorough inspection. I could hear her walking front to back. After nailing and caulking and taking photos, she came back down and explained to me just what was going on up there. She showed me the pictures to back up her analysis, then took me outside to point out some of the problem areas that could be seen from the sidewalk. There was no hard sell. I liked that she took the time to make sure I understood the problems. Krystal was very professional, very patient. I am pleased with A & D Exteriors and would use them again.

Description of Work: We recently had our roof, gutters, downspouts replaced. From the initial visit to the finished job I could not have been happier. We selected a green roof color at the recommendation of Dustin. What a great choice! We have had more compliments about the job. People think we had more done than we did because it looks so nice. Totally professional crew for each portion of the job. Clean up was not an issue. At the end of each day you didn't know they were here. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you for a #1 quality experience.

Description of Work: Actually, I didn't use A&D After reviewing the glowing recommendations on Angies List about them, I phoned them at approx 2:30pm on 9/8/2015 for an estimate for a roofing job for the house and the garage. I recently obtained an estimate for approx $15,000 for Big Box Retailer. Being a daughter of now retired general contractor who spent 50 years in the business, I decided to use a more local provider. I was surprised to learn that this company does not do business in the Village of Maywood, located approx 9 miles west of Chicago. I was told, they are in Bartlett and Maywood is too difficult to get to. I found this disturbing and amusing because I have driven to Barlett many times. Also, the company list the metro area of Chicago as its service areas. I can only presume he found my area unacceptable. I understand,but why the falsehood? Anyway...I will look for a company with a bit of integrity who will appreciate my hard earned money. I will simply look, elsewhere.

Description of Work: I called for a quick check to see if my roof had hail damage. Kevin Kowalski came out at the appointed time and examined the roof as a quick check on the condition. He said it was in good shape with a few hail dings but not enough for insurance to cover. I mentioned a leak that was coming in from the front roof vent and he looked at that as well while he was up there. He said that while he was up there he could put sealant around the vent that may take care of the leak. This was a nice unexpected benefit and I am grateful for his help. He also discussed other features of his company and my roof. I really appreciated his discussion and would definitely hire A&D when my roof needs any repairs or replacement.

Description of Work: She did a thorough examination of my roof and gutters and did some caulking where needed. Even checked my attic for any leaks by the vents. Showed her some leakage on my kitchen ceiling and she went out of her way to see where that was coming from and made sure that was caulked. I feel that she went above and beyond what was required for the inspection. Will definitely consider them when I need a new roof. Very honest.
