Hello Sir, We appreciate the review we would just like to clear up a few things. You called us b/c you had a leak. You wanted it looked at ASAP. Now... Back up to very first phone call on 10:34am on Friday August 28th, 2015, technician called you back ASAP, and a appointment was made by technician for a leak. Technician comes out on time to appointment at 3:00pm on Monday August 31st 2015, issue was found and addressed. No charge for the technician to come out. Phone call to A&D Exteriors was made at 8:30am on Monday December 14th, 2015, was passed onto a technician. Technician called you back ASAP at 8:36am on Monday December 14th, 2015, technician and you discussed a time, they were willing to get out there ASAP to look at it for you. Technician arrives on time at 9:06am on Monday December 14th, 2015, finds the issue, shows you the issue and discusses with you the cost. You were told up front that cost would be much higher than normal b/c it would take our guy most of the day to carefully remove and replace your window with a new window wrap and new inside trim. Before an amount was even discussed you were informed of this. You then wanted to know an GUESSTIMATE of how much it would cost, the technician informed you that off the top of their head, they would say about $600 to $700 for a typical install and removal of a window. But...because you are only doing one window again as mentioned above it would be more than this. Understanding your situation though, the technician said they would see what they could do and they would call you back, once a price was given on the window from our supplier. Everything was settled for the moment and no charge was given to you for the visit again. At 3:04pm on Monday December 14th 2015 your wife called the office number and wanted a patch for the window. A price was given to her for someone to come out and patch it temporarily. She was not happy that we charged for a repair service. At 8:30am on Tuesday December 15th 2015 you were called back with an ESTIMATE for the exact price. You were told the price, that being double what a normal window would cost, again b/c it is one window install. But, we offered to give you basically one free window when you do go to do your windows again in the future. So it's basically making a small down payment on windows, which you said you were going to do anyways. At this point in time you became very irate and started yelling at the technician b/c you didn't like the price. You were informed that you were more than welcome to get other bids, as we are aware its more than the typical window cost. (Again you were warned of this from the beginning) And at that point you angrily hung up the phone on the technician. All in all we have done no work for you whatsoever, have catered to your schedule, and have provided you with an extremely high level of customer service. Best of luck with your project sir. -Dustin
