The person explained what they would be doing; took before and after photos of the areas that were maintained. Pointed out areas that we should keep an eye on for future reference. Description of Work: After a shady door-to-door salesman claimed to see roofing damage from a storm, I had A&D come out to take a look with the $99 roof maintenance package. They did a thorough inspection, explained exactly what they saw, and noted no damage and one thing that could be confused as damage. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Had a wet spot in the ceiling. Dustin, the owner, came out and figured out the issue right away. Turned out it wasn't roof related (leaking plumbing). I tried to pay but Dustin said since it was a quick trip, it was on him. Great guy and his partner Kevin was great also. Highly recommend these guys. Very experienced and ethical.
