As far as I know, everything is just fine.

My roof was checked which included tacking down loose shingles, caulking as needed, etc. The technician even went in the attic to check that it was dry. I was provided an overall report with an estimate of how long I could expect future problems. NO sales pitch and no trying to oversell - I actually thought I would need a new roof in the next year or two but the technician said it would most likely last for 7-10 Overall VERY happy with the price and experience from this company. I booked two hours of service on an Angie's List special offer. As timing would have it, I had some loose siding from the Thanksgiving night storm that needed attention. Dustin arrived right on time and completed repairs and calking (5 windows calked were part of the package) the first day. Some of the siding problems were too high for his ladder so he came back the next day with a longer ladder and completed the work to my satisfaction. I would call them again if needed.

It was money well spent and I will use them again

Contractor arrived on time. Did not try to sell me anything and let me know approximately how many more years I had on my current roof and gutters. They were very thorough and honest. He even secured some of my gutters which were becoming loose. Would definately recommend.

He stayed in touch through out entire project. Kept me informed of the steps taken. Helped educate me on materials and answered my silly novice questions. I can't express sufficiently how I fully recommend using them to others.

They did a good job for me. They came right out. There was some repair work that was needed, he gave me a price, he did it right then and there. It was great.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a roof inspection by A & D Exteriors. I was contacted by Heidi, who made an appointment to come out to my home. She was right on time and spent 1 1/2 hours inspecting the roof of my house and the roof on my detached garage. She calked around all of the box vents and pointed out where the workers who had installed the roofing (prior to my purchase of the house) had taken short-cuts and had not followed standard roofing procedure. She went up into the attic to check the roof from the underside. She also took the time to measure the roof in order to send me an estimate of what a new roof will cost me. I appreciated Heidi's timeliness, her professionalism, and her friendliness. I had a very good experience with A & D Exteriors and will certainly consider them when it's time for a new roof.

I bought the $99 roof tune up, but my roof was too steep for the deal. Dustin was still helpful as there was a shingle loose about half way up the roof. He still worked on my roof and had some logical recommendation on why the shingle failed. Shingle was repaired and can't tell where it was repaired. Was very helpful and will probably use again.

It went well. They were very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional.

Overall the job went off without a hitch. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome of the work done.
