The workers showed up early and started late, quit only when raining, but went straight back to work when rain stopped. Slight language barrier, but not really a problem. Very professional, friendly and a nice job.

Customer Service was absolutely fantastic. We couldn' t decide on the shingles and Dustin (the (owner) actually bought a pack of shingles and stapled them on the roof for us to see how they would look -- we were overwelmed! Before the job began, Dustin brought us 12 new bucket to cover our outside lights. He laid tarps inside our house where the 6 skylights were being replaced to collect and debris. The work was done in 2 days, the workers worked 7 AM to 7 PM with only a lunch break. We didn't need to do anything -- all outside furniture, plants, etc., were moved and put back. The workers did an outstanding job and clean up was superb.

Checked the entire roof. provided a report. Did not try to sell me unwanted services.

A&D Exteriors were really awesome. They were tidy, after doing the roof, they came back twice and cleaned up everything around the house. We had a small thing where they had to do extra work and they were ready not to charge anything. We didn't expect it would come up but they said they will finish it within the budget. They did a very good job and we were happy. We will definitely recommend them to other people.

I have not received their final report yet but everything with regards to their preliminary work was great. They were prompt and courteous. What they were able to do without getting on the roof was comprehensive. I was pleased with them and the way they conducted themselves. I am just waiting to see what they say about the roof inspection.

They were not the lowest price, but they were the ones that we wanted because of the level of professionalism and their willingness to provide a thorough explanation. The roof replacement and insulation of the attic could not have gone smoother. It was completed in one day, there was no inconvenience and the work was excellent. The work on the front patio was good, but I had some concerns relative to the materials used and they upgraded the work with no questions asked and no additional charges... They stated that our happiness was their number one concern and it worked, we couldn't be happier. I will use them for any and all future projects.

Dustin originally conducted an inspection of my roof last fall and recommended a new one based on its current condition. After collecting several quotes from various roofers over the winter and spring, I decided to go with Dustin and A&D Exteriors because Dustin was the most thorough, understandable, responsive, and honest. Dustin doesn't cut corners in the quality of materials or workmanship, and he doesn't over sell products. Plus he respects one's budget and will even offer his honest opinion on shingle color selection. On the project's start day, A&D's team was slightly late in arriving, but it had no negative impact. The team (at least 5 men) were very professional, respectful and efficient. They aligned the new roof shingles and chimney flashing with great accuracy and skill. When they finished, the team did a terrific job in cleaning up all of the debris. One of my biggest concerns was lost nails in the grass, as I have young children who play in the yard. Dustin returned after the team left and spent another 45 minutes making sure every piece of left over shingle and metal was picked up. Throughout the whole process of this roofing project, Dustin and his team consistently displayed integrity, excellent customer service, and quality workmanship. Since the completion of the new roof, we've had some severe rain and wind storms and the roof has protected the home perfectly. I would highly recommend A&D Exteriors.

They were great!!! We purchased the Big Deal. However, they were unable to do the work based upon the pitch of our roof. Nevertheless, they were able to direct us to the type of companies which might be able to repair the leak we are experiencing in our family room. They also stated that we should request a refund on the Big Deal since they couldn't help us. I was actually looking for work for them because of the INTEGRITY they demonstrated. To Dustin and Heidi - KUDOS SEVERAL TIMES OVER!!!!

He was polite and punctual. He was truthful and did not attempt to do anything that was not needed. If and when I do reroof this house, I will definitely call him back for a quote. When some one give them a AAA rating, I would give them an extra AAAA rating. One of the best roofers that I met.

Everything went like clockwork! Dumpster was put on driveway, then shingles were delivered. A crew of five men took off the old shingles, replaced a few pieces of plywood and then reroofed the home including a new exhaust pipe and a peak (crown) double sided roof vent. Yes, it's loud with the hammering but understandably necessary. Cleanup was thorough and the dumpster picked up the next morning. One day job as promised. The new vent has kept our 2nd floor much cooler. The owner of A&D Exteriors (Dustin) spoke to my husband throughout the day via cell phone calls and showed up at the work site in the afternoon. I had concern about a piece of old uneven flashing and that was promptly addressed. Our roof looks terrific! We've already talked with a couple neighbors about how the new roof vent is making a significant difference in our upstairs home temperature. We are very pleased customers.

I have a small water spot on a bedroom ceiling and was sure that there was a small problem with the roof. After a complete inspection, Dustin let me know that my roof is in excellent condition. He caulked one small crack where the siding meets the roof that might be causing the problem, but let me know that he felt the problem might be poor ventilation. Dustin was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definately recommend him and will call him again if needed.

After some discussion regarding costs, Dustin left us with a written estimate for a roof replacement good for one month and a sample of roof shingles in different shades. He spoke of a roof vent on the peak that will help reduce much of our summer heat held on the second floor of our house. We've called and contracted with him for a new roof on our home. This work is still pending and will be reviewed upon completion.

Those guys were pretty good. They came right after I purchased the deal.

This company did a great job. Very helpful, since I have to apply for a class action suit due to the poor equality of shingles that were guarenteed for 30 years but were falling apart after 11 years. Dustin took photos for my claim, got shingle samples for me and helped with answering some technical questions on the 8 page form I had to fill out. The cleanup was done well. I will NOT give info on the money I spent since I consider that private information.

I would DEFINITELY use this roofer again for an asphalt roof. The work and materials were excellent, the attention to detail, willingness to provide extras as a service (i.e. remove antenna from a tile roof they weren't even working on), and communication before, during and after the job were outstanding! I had to work within a budget to replace, this roof, and their estimate for replacement, all materials, rebuilding a soffit, and labor came in at about $3,500. They treated the home as if it were their own. They addressed some design features of the roof that needed rethinking to avoid leaks in the future i.e. a particular valley and saddle. Gene was an excellent ambassador for the company and their product, as well as communicator. When the main carpenter was hospitalized, Dustin came out and did the repair of the soffit and even made a special trip to Lowe's to pick up wood for an end piece that unexpectedly had to be replaced. Very attentive to the job, very competitive pricing including a discount for being an Angie's List member. Believe me, in these rain storms we've had, we're very pleased to know we are under a roof installed so professionally, particularly with all of the interior plastering and painting we've recently had done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This company knows its business and how to treat its customers.

They didn't really do any maintenance. They just gave us quotes.

He did a great job - and in fact went up on our roof when it was wet and took quite a risk to get. The job done! He was also very nice and completely trustworthy.

The guy from a & d showed up a few minuetes after 11am. He was friendly and asked what I wanted him to look at. One area that needed to be looked at was around a vent pipe on the higher part of the roof, this was the reason for me to buy the special because it was to high for me to get up to. I was doing yard work at the time and was not watching him. When he was done he told me he chaulked two areas I told him about, but he told me the vent pipe on the higher part of roof needs to be replaced because it looks like an animal had tried to get in and damaged it. I asked him if he chaulked he said "a little bit" The advertisement for this special was tune up and inspection saving angie list customers $325. The guy was there for a total of 30 minutes! Complete rip off. He did tell me i needed a new roof within the next couple of years, which is true roof is 20 years old. The ad for this deal was misleading, he did not do the things stated in deal.

It went very well! Gene came out and did exactly as he said he would. He was courteous and professional. Explained in detail what he found.

A week later they returned to replace the sky light - they never needed to come in the house and cleaned up when they were done.

He came out to my home to look at the project. He arrived on time and was professional. He was honest and upfront that he would need scaffolding to complete the job and he unfortunately doesn’t work with scaffolding.

Heidi made my appointment earlier in the week and also came out to inspect the roof. She was courteous and polite enough to take her shoes off to inspect the inside of the attic. She mentioned the area around the heat stack needed some caulking and since it was such a minisucle area she didn't charge for it. She completely inspected the attic and there were no leaks there. I had another estimate but the contractor was not clear on what he was fixing and was dodging my questions. He also said he was busy for the next weeks. Heidi provided excellent customer service and also explained the other type of work her company does. FYI she is a designer. For any roofing work I'll A&D.
