It was a rough inspection and it went fine. They seem to be fairly honest and were here on time.

Estimate was in the middle of the pack in reference to the other estimates I received. They were a couple hours late for the estimate. I seriously considered them but was concerned that they were a fair distance away that follow up attention to any roofing issues down the road might be an issue. Also the roofing material manufacturer they used was not my first choice. I did receive one follow up call from them after the initial estimate with them which was better than most of the other estimates in which their was zero follow up to answer any questions or even to ask for the business.

I would have given the an overall A but they had promised to send me an estimate on additional work and they never did

They showed up on time and were professional.

He was supposed to call me back and never did.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. Initially the person they sent out couldn't climb my roof. They sent someone else out the next day who could do it. There was nothing negative, it was all positive. I didn't spend any additional.

It took quite awhile before they came out to look at the job. I then waited almost 6 weeks before I called about the 3rd time and told them if it didn't get done by this the following week to give me my money back. Suddenly my job was coincidently was on the schedule for he next day. They did come out the next day but only did part of the job that I had asked them to do. I can't really tell if the problem is fixed because it is now too cold to rain. I can't believe an organization who does this work all the time couldn't put together a schedule based on their estimates of each job and adding in some time for bad weather.

They were very professional and did the roof tuneup as advertised, but their quote for additional roof repair was a little high and we ended up going with another company.

Called this company, responded to me but they said they don't service the Lake County area, eventhough it did not say that on their service area that they cover.

Actually, when the owner came to my house, he indicated that half of my roof was uninspectable because the pitch was too steep to inspect with the equipment he had brought. He stated he could inspect it, but that it would require more equipment and the cost was not included in the price of the coupon. He did spend a small amount of time reviewing the only part of my roof he could access and did some small caulking. Overall he said my roof was in good condition, but that based on the limitations of the inspection, he did not feel he should charge me for this service and that I should get my money back. I appreciated his honesty and based on that alone, I would use him again if needed.

It went excellent. They were clean roofers. They brought a dumpster and kept everything very clean. I recommend them to anyone!

It was just fine. They called back shortly thereafter and scheduled somebody to come out and take a look at the roof. They did have to send another technician out because of the steepness of the roof.

Purchased a Big Deal for $99 and had them come out to fix a section of gutter that was damaged by a falling tree. Came exactly as promised and did work required. Professional, left work area clean and the new gutter looks great!

The roof job also required a plumber so they referred one at my request. The referral was not the best. But the roof job turned out ok.

They were awesome. There wasn't anything major they have done but they were very thorough. She covered everything in my roof and sealed everything up. The deal was very good but they were a little high when they gave me the bid.

Person responded promptly, made and appointment and showed up on time. Sealed the gutter seams and did a few other small things on the roof while they were here.

Excellent job all the way around. Did a thorough inspection of the roof and gave us a detailed report. My only suggestions would be that they date the inspection report when they turn it over to the customer.

They did a really nice job. I was impressed with their professional ability and service.

Heidi came out and performed the $99.00 roof inspection, she was wonderful I felt reassured that my roof was in good shape. She made further recommendations for the future

Dustin was very helpful and professional. The roofers were on-time, worked quickly and did a very nice job. Clean up was well done. I had upgraded shingles, underlayment and a chimney replacement. I'm very pleased with the finished job.

The crew laid tarp around perimeter of the house. Their clean-up was second to non, even our gutters were cleaned.They were prompt and finished in one day. The estimate was very competitive and resulted in coming in under projected cost. I would highly recommed Dustin and his crew. One of the most enjoyable experiences working with a contractor we have gone through.

Dustin did a great job. They kept me informed step-by-step along the way. We had some additional problems that came up which didn't surprise me with the age of our roof. He was up front and very fair with the pricing. I would highly recommend him.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and I think it was okay. The person who came out gave me some ideas of things on my roof that needed to be done. I would not say it was anything dramatically special, but I was glad I did it. I did not buy anything else. I think he came out pretty quick and was on time. When the time comes for a new roof I will consider having him come out for a quote.
