Good. Turns out my roof doesn't need an inspection (too new) and this contractor was honest with me and told me that it isn't necessary. Very happy overall.

Dustin was polite, skilled and professional. He explained process. Encountered extra work due to two layers of shingles but didn't charge extra. He noticed some flashing corners up and corrected for free.

The work went great. The crew were professional like Dustin and showed the respect of my home like it was their. They worked efficiently and with care. The color, chosen with Dustin's roofing adviser looks fantastic. She was a gem, coming out while it was still cold with snow on the ground to bring samples. All of the effort up front paid off . Things went so great that there was not a scrap or nail left when the job was done. My neighbors have complemented me on the new look. If you are looking for great work, honest people, and a good price I recommend hiring A&D Exteriors.

Came on a Friday at 7am as advertised, work fast and efficient for 12 hours. They were short one bail of shingles and had to come back on Monday. Before they left, did a good cleanup of the area and protecting the small area unfinished. On Monday the roof was finished, gutters installed and a very thorough secondary cleaning in each flower bed and entire lawn was completed. The price I was quoted was the price we paid. Very pleased with the service and would use for future projects.

The work progressed smoothly over several days. When the work was completed, CEO Dustin Bassi came out to inspect the completed work and to talk with me in reference to the work that was done. Dustin made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work. I was very satisfied and would recommend A & D Exteriors to my friends and family.

I had ordered a "big deal" roof inspection through A&D Exteriors. I told Gene Rathbone about the issues I was having and he quickly explained to me what was going on was not related to my roof, and in fact, that my roof was in great shape. He suggested I get a refund for my order because there weren't any issues for him to check. He then proceeded to tell me about a few things I could do to help extend the life of my roof. He took his time and checked things just to make sure since he was already at my house and suggested a couple items that needed some looking into that weren't related to my roof. Gene is a straight shooter and honest. A less honest contractor could have certainly taken advantage of the situation. No hesitation in using him again.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. It went very well. They responded to my call promptly. They came out within the next few days. The price was very fair.

I bought the $99 roof inspection off of Angie's List. Dustin arrived on time for the appointment and explained what he was going to do. He inspected my roof and nailed down a few shingles that were sticking up. When done he gave me an honest opinion that my roof did not need replacing now but will in a few years as my shingles are ending their useful life and I have many nail hole pops that could lead to water leakage. He was very professional and I will be sure to give this company a call when I am ready for my new roof or if any problems occur with my roof.

No service was provided because I misread the section that covers the types of roofs and our type of roof was not covered in the Big Deal coupon. I give them an "A" because they were quick to set up an appointment and showed up ontime.

It went really well. They were roofing my house while there was still snow on the ground, so they didn't see all the nails that landed in my driveway, or the plant under the snow. The plant got creamed, but they fully reimbursed me for it. They came back within 90 minutes of my call to tell them about the nails in the driveway; and they cleaned ALL of them up so I wouldn't get them in my tires.

Came days after buying deal. Fast, communicative. Gave pictures, report, detail, recommendations.

The technician inspected the attic and exterior roof and said I did not qualify for the $99 inspection and to contact you for a refund.

Gene came out to inspect the roof and was very thorough and honest! He explained that what we had was ice damming and that it was best to wait until the huge thick chunk of ice melted before determining what needed to be done. I could tell he wasn't only seeing dollar signs like other companies I had come out (some of which told me I needed a whole new roof right away!). We will definitely be calling Gene back this spring for another inspection and go from there. Definitely someone I would recommend!

A+D Exteriors came out and did the assessment without issues.

They did an absolutely phenomenal job on our roof! We bought their special through Angie's List after reviewing their company and the experiences of other Angie's List members. Our friends thought we were crazy for spending so much money on the internet without ever meeting Dustin and his crew. But we had a good feeling about this company and we were right! Dustin was prompt in coming out to give us an estimate which came in very close to the original amount of the online offer. The only reason his estimate was higher was because of the high pitch of our roof which we expected to pay more for. We waited all winter for our roof because of the snow, but he checked in with us multiple times to let us know he hadn't forgotten about us. When the snow melted and it was time to do our roof, his guys were prompt and worked hard the entire time they were there. It was turnkey--he said we didn't even need to be home for them to complete their work. They kept the mess contained and cleaned up beautifully, just like they promised. They did find A LOT of damage to our roof, requiring them to have to replace substantially more boards than we expected. One of the sections of the house did have three layers of shingles which he hadn't seen when giving us the original quote. Those two unexpected events did add to the original quote, but he worked with us to settle on a final price that was more than fair. He communicated to us throughout the process and was even apologetic! No need, we had a hunch our roof was in pretty bad shape. My only regret is that we don't have another house so that we can hire him again. I recommend his work and his company without reservation. We're more than completely satisfied. Thanks Dustin!

The provider contacted us within 10 minutes of being contacted by Angie's List about our request. He advised that we were outside his service area and suggested another company from Angie's List in our area. He was very knowledgeable and professional on the phone. We were disappointed that Angie's List recommended a company for our area that was so far from our area.

Dustin came to my home to give us quote on a new roof. He was intelligent, kind, caring and most importantly knowledgeable and thorough. The quote is competitive but decided to go with the company who installed our siding in 2008. thank you Dustin and A & D. I would not hesitate to use your company in the future.
