A team of 2 workers came out and finished everything in about 45 minutes. We were shown photos of the potetail problems from hail damage and the age of the roof. We were invited to climb up and see the areas of concern and to go over the work that was done. Very polite and professional.

Service was excellent. Crystal arrived and listened to my concerns (checking on a leak from the winter) before going to check on the roof. When she finished outside, she came in to check the attic for any signs of leaks or dampness. Before leaving, she walked me through a comprehensive checklist of everything she had done, as well as pictures of the work she had done up on the roof. Crystal re-caulked the flashing, nail heads and secured some loose shingles. She also walked me through how long the repairs should hold up. Excellent service and would use them again.

it went very well. I didn't need any additional repairs. The technician was very thorough and I believe, very honest. I will call them again if I have a problem.

A & D did a good job on this task. They came to the house first to determine what the scope of the job was, ordered appropriate-colored gutter extensions, and then returned to complete the work after the materials were delivered.

The service went well. The technician did a great job. He made a few repairs and was very kind about it. He completed the job in about an hour. He was also very informative and let us know to contact him for any future jobs. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Unfortunately I wasnt able to use the deal because they werent able to do the job for the deal's pricing but he was very very cool and honest about everything.

Kevin arrived on time and immediately carried out the inspection, fixing the minor problems as he went along. He also provided me with two quotes for other work I will need in the future. His professionalism has convinced me to use their services in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend.

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism. They went over every inch of my roof fixing nail pops and caulking when necessary. Also took photos of any potential problems and provided a good review of all their findings. I would definitely use them again.

Very smooth install completed in one day, with a little secondary cleanup the next day. It looks great, we are very happy with their work. There was a little miscommunication about which shingles we wanted. They handled it very professionally and made sure we were happy with the end result. Their response to this little bump in the road makes them highly recommended in my book. We'll be calling them again when we need the siding replaced.

Removal and replacement of roof materials went very well. Crew was on time and worked very hard to get the job done. Very pleased with the entire process, including cleanup of all the debris. It was a pleasure working with Dustin Bassi.

Overall we had a great experience with A&D Exteriors. After the past winter (2013-2014) it was time for us to have our roof replaced. We contact about 6 companies (three in the area and three off of Angie's List). Gene from A&D Exteriors came by at the scheduled time and went explained everything about the process. He was very upfront and honest about the services and costs that they would be providing. They also contract out to this service that uses Google Maps to get a better reading of the roof size to judge materials. That way they don't over order what they actually need. One other interesting point was when the supplies would be delivered on the day of the job, they would put them directly on the roof (versus the driveway). That way the crew wouldn't have to worry about carrying materials up to the work area. It was little things like that which made the company stick out in our minds above the others. In additional to replacing the roof I had also asked to get some additional insulation blown into the attic. One other nice thing about them is you don't pay them a cent until after the work is completed. The crew showed up on the scheduled day and got right to work. They made sure to put tarps down all around the perimeter of the house. We have an in-ground pool in our backyard, so I was concerned about materials getting in there, as well as anything falling on the pool equipment on the side of the house (pump, filter, etc). The crew made sure to cover up these areas to prevent any damage, and nothing ended up in the pool. They started around 7-8am tearing off the old roof, and a separate crew came by to put in the insulation during the morning. The entire job was completed by 3:30pm and our roof looks great. The crew also went around the house a few times with a metal roller to pick up loose materials. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the work site, however there was some loose insulation left on our front lawn. One minor thing that came up was some of the insulation that was blown in ended up in our basement (but through no real fault of theirs). The ducts in our house go all the way up to the attic so it was just a side effect of the work. However one of their staff came over to the house a few days later (we had to coordinate the day) and cleaned it all up. Again this wasn't their fault that it happened, and they scheduled with us to get it cleaned up. The same person had come by a day or two earlier to do another clean up pass around the house (and to clean up the insulation that was on the lawn). Gene came by a few days after that (he purposely waited until we had some days of rain) to make sure everything was fine on our end and collect his payment. I took a "point" off for responsiveness, but more from a communication side. I think the communication between them and us could have been a bit better. It would typically take a day or two to hear back from anyone regarding questions, dates, etc. In most cases that was ok, but getting closer to the work date (and actually trying to pin down the date) the communication could be a bit better. Also, on the day of the actual job the crew never really said that they were done and leaving. I just happened to be outside and saw them heading to their cars. And then I didn't know when the dumpster was going to get picked up. I think these are minor issues that can be improved upon. Again we had a GREAT experience with this company and would certainly recommend them to other homeowners without hesitation.

The package is only for single family homes my house is a town home. This was not stated on the offer.

They did the work and were excellent! We agreed to do it on a day when there was no snow on the roof. I waited for the work to be completed after purchasing the Big Deal, but that was fine and agreed upon.

Our area was hit hard by hail and wind damage. Many homes in our neighborhood are having a new roof and or siding installed. Without actually doing an inspection some of these companies have stopped at our home to inform us we have severe damage. I called A&D Exteriors on Monday August 4 and requested an inspection. The inspection was performed by Kevin on Friday August 8. Kevin was on time, friendly and professional. I explained my concerns to him and he did a thorough inspection of the roof, siding and attic. During the inspection, he even made a couple minor repairs. After the inspection, Kevin completely explained his evaluation. The house is in good condition and recommended an annual inspection. I highly recommend A&D Exteriors.

They did not call me to make the appt as stated on Angie's List. I had to call them. The inspection and gluing took less than 30 min. I guess it was somewhat worth the price but seemed a bit overpriced for such little work.

The overall roof replacement project went very well and the roof looks fantastic. The project assessment and overall planning plus coordination of support groups and activities was very professional. Dustin's team was punctual, very professional, and executed all activities efficiently to complete on-time. I am very happy with the work and would consider them again in the future.

This actually the second time I've used A & D Exteriors. That should probably say it all, but I'll go on. I had the roof and all siding replaced by Dustin at A&D back in 2008. Following a hail storm back in May of this year, I needed Dustin's services again. All the work looks great. I've been told I'm very picky, but I'm again 100% pleased with the work A&D has done for me. Both the roof and siding look great. Price wasn't as big of an issue since this was a storm damage claim that my insurance picked up. However, here are a few things that meant a lot to me and why I thought I would take the time to write this review: - When Dustin told me he would get back to me by a certain date he kept his promise. Sure there was a delay one day, but he called me in advance to tell me about it. - Dustin showed up to meet my insurance appraiser. He was on time and I could see the appraiser found Dustin's comments and insight helpful. - The crew that did the work on my house were polite and respectful and took the time to protect my garden and kept their work neat. Clean up was immediate following work. - Following both the roof and siding work someone came out and looked over my property the following day with a magnet to pick up any last debris and nails. I would definitely use A & D Exteriors again.

The service went very well. Heide showed up just when it started raining. Yet she climbed up on the roof and made an inspection and note on what work to be done. Since it started raining harder she could not do any maintennace but showed up a week later to finish the job. Very punctual and very professional. Highly recommend.

He did a great job with the inspection. He gave us great suggestions on what we can do to improve the roof and gave a quote. A week later, we had a huge hail storm and it damaged the roof. He then ended up putting on a new roof for us. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond with giving me information. His crew was very good with the clean up. Once the work was finished, he made sure the work was done correctly.

They were good to work with. They were prompt. He did everything I had asked them to do. He took pictures for me so I could see his work.

Overall, good communication with the company and an initial look/estimate of suspected roof area. Company thinks no issues found and no need for the coupon.

After viewing pictures of the property, vendor acknowledged that his equipment was not suited to working on my roof. (the building is too tall for his ladders, and the pitch of the roof is quite steep.)
