Krystal performed the service. She was on time and was very professional. She caulked exposed nail heads and pointed out several things that I should watch for. I was glad to know that my roof is still in good shape and has several years of life left. I will definitely call A & D Exteriors when the time comes for a roof replacement.

Very prompt with scheduling and arrived on time on said time. I love the inspection checklist she left back at the end of the work and also appreciate that she followed up with the roof condition and things done. The comments and points noted look like the inspection was done thoroughly and even better, the roof was reportedly good for another 10 years. A far cry from remaining predicted life of 2-3 years per the home inspector at the time I bought the home a couple of years ago. I feel relieved to note that I don't have a huge roof replacement expense looming over my head.

Was not able to perform service due to pitch of our roof. Vendor was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Only wish there was some way to have figured out our roof did not fall under the deal earlier. It resulted in a wasted a few weeks.

The service was good. The gentleman who came out was friendly, punctual and professional.

They are on Angie's List as a top provider. They do not belong there. He came to evaluate an insurance claim because of a hail damage. I have two homes. He came to both of them and told me the insurance claim would not pay much than what they offered me. They came to me with a young girl, had a caky attitude, never got back to me. He climbed the roof and said the insurance wouldn't cover it. He was not professional and seemed like he wanted to impress the girl. I did not like him. He was 45 minutes late and cancelled the day before.

The company was very responsive but let me know my roof was too steep to use the deal for. I have requested a refund from Angie's List.

I spoke with the company and they informed me that they do not do work on shake roofs.

They contacted us a little later than expected and by the time we could schedule something else, we had already found another company to come out and fix the problem. It was a timing issue. Not a problem with them.

Kevin was punctual, professional and thorough. He was good enough to check on a couple of issues and he fixed them for me. I would highly recommend this company

They came to my home and informed me they would be unable to perform the maintenance due to the elevation of my roof. They were very friendly, but I had to request a refund for the Big Deal.

Krystal arrived promptly, inspected the roof (even on the detached garage!), caulked as deal agreement indicated, checked for signs of leaks in the attic and then provided an evaluation form indicating the results of her inspection. We were impressed with her professionalism. We also were relieved to hear she found no problems in her inspection and we would certainly consider calling A&D if any future problems developed.

Very professional technician. She took photos of what she saw while she was up on the roof, so I could see what she was talking about. Took the time to explain things to me.

Their price was twice what we paid for the Deal. Their communication and promptness was fine, but the price was way too high.

Received an email a few days later that due to the fact that my roof was too steep, I didn't qualify for the inspection.

Everything went well on Angie's list, but A&D could not honor the deal because my roof is too steep. They told me to request a refund.

Kevin was right on time. He told me what he was going to do first and then proceeded to get on the roof. It did not take him that long and then explained what he did and recommendations. He also inspected the attic while he was there. I'm happy with the service provided. Kevin explained the condition of my roof and chimney and also made some recommendations. I am very happy with the service and would definately contact A&D in the future. Theresa

The service went great. I had them repair some siding that had come undone. It was at a difficult peak but they were able to get it taken care of. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 1 hour. They were prompt and efficient workers. They were also courteous and professional. I had no difficulties scheduling the deal.

The inpection/ service provided by Kevin was more than superior. Kevin listened to my problem and clearly communicated the steps he would take to identify and possibly correct the problem. Kevin arrived on time, was very professional and friendly upon arrival. Kevin looked at the problem from inside and outside the house to be sure he covered all bases. After a thorough inspection he determined to his best ability that the problem was minor and just needed a quick patch which he provided. After the patch work he continued to insprect the roof to determine the ramaining life expectancy and any problem areas. Fortunatly he did not identify any major issues that need attendtion at the present time nor did he try to sell me anything that I did not need. I will most certainly do business with A & D Exteriors in the future for all of my roofing and siding needs.

Emailed through the message center on Angie's List to say my roof was too steep and pursue refund.

The provider emailed and said that my roof was to steep for the work. It would be helpful to have known when looking at the deal originally what a pitch of (7/12 or 4/12) means.

I got a hold of him and he said that he would call me back, but he never did. I finally got in contact with him and we scheduled for today. He never called and he didn't show up today. I am unable to get a hold of him. Regarding A&D's response - it is true that mistakes happen and after the 1st call to the vendor that was mishandled, I contacted them again and scheduled a day/time for them to come out but they did not show up as agreed. Two strikes is two too many for a vendor that wants to stay in business. I was not going to give them a 3rd try.

Very well. I was pleased to hear that my roof was in great shape and was told so. The gentleman was honest, professional and someone I would call again.

Technician was extremely professional and competent. Took photographs of work that was performed along with areas requiring additional repair outside of the package we had purchased. We will be calling them to perform the additional repairs in the near future.

The service went well. I ended up contracting the company to replace the entire roof. They left an estimate for about $20,000. The owner came out to inspect the roof and completed the inspection in a timely manner. He talked with me for a long time about what they would do. He was very contentious and I liked everything about the company. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The gentleman was very nice and very professional. He thoroughly inspected my roof. The trouble is that I wound up paying $99 for a service that should have been free. I paid for getting as estimate essentially when I could have just called and gotten an estimate for nothing. I did learn that I need work done which they quoted at $7000. I am going with another angies list recommended provider who is doing it for 5700. I have no doubt though that their work would have been top notch, just too pricey for me.
