They sent an email almost immediately and I contacted Kevin to set up a date for service. Kevin was very congenial and went straight to work. Upon completion of the inspection, which included the inside of the attic (which was dry and in good shape). Kevin informed us that he had to do some sealing around our vents to the attic, as well as the vents for our bathrooms. He also inspected the sealing around the chimney and our skylight. He then informed us that our roof and skylight would last us at least another eight years. What impressed me most about this company was their honestly with no high pressure pitch for unnecessary work to be done. I would highly recommend this company and if they offer a roof inspection for $99.00, take advantage.

A & D Exteriors exceeded our expectations. From the initial meeting with Dustin, we were pleased with the professionalism and good customer relations. The proposal he gave us was very concise, listed a number of options, and stated exactly what the company would do. We were surprised that no payment was due until the job was completed. Prior to our next appointment, he called to let us know that he was running 15 minutes late- a small thing, but very courteous. The company's designer, Heidi, brought out shingles, and patiently helped us choose a color that we are very happy with. Dustin's attention to scheduling brought everything here on time: the permit was pulled, the dumpster was in place, the truck with the crane, loaded with material arrived, and Eugene and his crew were here. Work started exactly when he said it would. We were impressed with how hard Eugene and his crew worked. Even at the end of a long day, if we had a question to ask him, Eugene was unfailing polite in responding to our concerns. Clean up was done as they worked, and after finishing, Krystal came out and did a thorough final cleaning, checking for any nails or small debris. Dustin had come out to the house while the work was ongoing, and then again, a week after it was all finished, he went up on the roof to look at the work. We have had a number of heavy rainstorms in our area, and nothing has leaked. Both the roof and all of the skylights are perfect. With everyone we met at A & D Exteriors, the work ethic was very strong, there was quick response to any calls or questions, and they did what they said they would do. If there is any drawback at all, it is that A & D Exteriors sets the bar so high that any succeeding companies we deal with will have a hard time measuring up. ,

Our decision to go with A & D Exteriors was made much easier and comfortably because of Heidi and Dustin's patience with our questions and concerns. They really made sure that we were aware of what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. Heidi came back multiple times to make sure we had all our questions answered. We signed in late fall, so had to wait till the spring to have the work done. The crew was excellent. They were on time, thorough, and very courteous. They took the time to explain what they were going to do, and allowed us to ask questions and answered them to our satisfaction. They completed the work within the estimated time, and cleaned up afterwards very nicely. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof work done.

Inspection went great. Krystal was extremely organized and detailed with her assessment. So much great information and so professional. Roof quote was reasonable. Still reviewing but would definitely recommend their services.

We noticed a fallen shingle in our yard this winter after a heavy snow and figured we should have a roof inspection done to make sure no repairs or other preventative maintenance were needed. Gene arrived during the scheduled window and took the time to listen to my concerns. He let me follow him around the exterior as he examined the roof. Throughout the process he educated me about the roof, its construction, and the materials used. He listened to my concerns and patiently advised me on what steps he would recommend. I felt that Gene was honest about what types of work would be beneficial and what was unnecessary. Overall it was a great experience and I would gladly use A&D Exteriors for future roof work.

Another company quoted us a $450 bill for the issue. A&D fixed it on the spot free of charge, and gave us some things to think about for our roof down the road. It's incredibly rare to encounter something like this, but the next time we need our roof looked at or worked on, we will definitely be calling A&D.

Our first contact was with Gene who came to the house and gave us a overview of their process. He was very patient and answered all our questions. He gave us a quote for the roof as well as siding replacement based on his measurements and our shingle selection. Gene was awesome from that point forward, responding to text messages and phone calls very quickly and taking care of all our concerns re: scheduling, references, contract points, etc. Once we agreed to go ahead with the roof project, we had a visit from their designer Heidi, who brought larger samples of the architectural shingles so that we could confirm our color selection. She was also helpful and knowledgeable and gave us some great advice. Now we thought the project would be a few weeks out, but as things turned out, they were able to schedule us much faster. Once we agreed to the new date, they ran someone out and they were able to pull the permit on the same day. Later that night, the dumpster was dropped off so that the crew could arrive and work first thing the next morning. They arrived early and waited outside until the start time. For the tear off, they laid down tarps to catch debris and had someone cleaning up constantly. After the tear off, they had a crane to put the new shingles on the roof so they could start working quickly. They took good care of the lawn and were done by the end of the day. I stood outside and observed most of the day and was impressed at their speed and professionalism. The dumpster left the night before? It was gone as the finished the next day. To be sure of their cleanup, they sent someone to follow up independently the next day. She brought a magnet roller again to be sure no nails or scraps were left. It's no wonder their good reviews on here. They obviously care a great deal about customer service and making sure everyone is happy to thrilled with the result. Their no money down policy reflects this as I didn't have to pay until they were done and had time to check everything out. I have one more note about the owner, Dustin. We spoke a couple times during the sales process, and he was very helpful, but I didn't meet him until today. We had an unrelated issue with a gutter near the garage that I was concerned about. This was about a week after they had finished the roof. When I called, he came out the same day to take a look. He climbed up and gave his opinion as well as some maintenance work to take care of it at no charge. It just reinforced my opinion that this company is A++ in every way and prompted my first review on this site.

Everything went great!! Dustin was very profession and provided options on how to address the problem. While he was here for the estimate, he spent time to temporarily cover the opening so I wouldn't get rain damage in my attic. He and his associate came, did the work, and left the work area clean. I highly recommend A&D Exteriors for roof repairs and I'll be looking to work with them in the future on addition work.

A & D Exteriors did a fantastic job fixing our roof; they were prompt and affordable. Dustin was very pleasant. The work was performed promptly and they even came out on a holiday weekend to get the job completed before predicted rain storms. I would definitely recommend A & D Exteriors.

The project went extremely well. Gene was very professional and thorough in the sales process, Dustin filled in when extra help was needed. Tyler managed the installation effort and was attentive to every detail. Eugene and his crew did an excellent job on the installation. They were extremely neat and careful of our yard and patio. Beginning to end, A&D wanted to make sure they delivered exactly what we wanted.

We had a huge storm and had hail damage to our roof. Shortly after our neighborhood was flooded with contractors knocking on our door. We wanted to be sure we hired someone with reliable reviews so we joined Angie's list. We could not be happier with A&D. Dustin was a real professional. He was very respectful, honest and didn't try to up sell us anything. He came out with our insurance adjuster and helped with the entire process. Our new roof looks amazing! We love it! His crew was very professional, and respectful of our belongings. You will not be disappointed with A&D.

Dustin was very professional and honest with his assessment of the roof condition and was on time as scheduled. The attention to detail, transparency to costs, and timeliness was great. I would definitely use A&D exteriors for repair and for full replacement when the time comes to replace the roof.

On Sunday I noticed that siding had come loose on the top corner on the side of my two story house. I called A & D on Monday morning about 9. Within a half hour Dustin called me back. He said that some pictures would help determine what A & D could do for me. I took some pictures and sent them over to him. Again he called back shortly. He quoted me a price of $595 and said that he would do his best to get it done that week. I replied accepting his quote. That Friday afternoon I received a call from Dustin at work. He was at my house and the job was complete. He said that the damage was caused by some type of animal and was more work than anticipated. However, he held to his quoted price. He also inspected my roof for any further damage (none found) that the animal might have caused. Dustin was great to work with, my siding repair looks great and the area was clean when I got home. I would definitely use A & D again!

We did our homework before selecting A & D Exteriors as the company we contracted with for replacing our roof. We received about 5 quotes over 3 years. We went with them, because 2 years ago after the $99.00 roof inspection, Dustin said our roof should last 2 more years, and the reviews that A & D has received on Angies list. Our quote included removing the underlying plywood, a ridge vent, venting the dryer on the roof, and installing new gutters and downspouts. A & D took care of everything including coordinating with our furnace guy to put in a new furnace roof stack, getting the appropriate city permits, and coordinating with the city inspector. On the day of the tear-off the crew arrived on time and went to work. They picked up all the debris up, and did a thorough search for any nails. The crew chief asked me to be very careful when they removed the roll-off dumpster to make sure there were no nails that rolled out of their reach when the company arrived to take it away. We thought they did an A+ job, and out of the blue, a few days later our assessment of a great job was verified by the neighbor across the street that must have been home all day and witness the job. She wrote "Your roof is beautiful...such a great view :) I know you guys can't see it as much as we can so thanks!! I was a little worried with the weather that day but looks like it was done efficiently and safely." We will reach out to A & D to quote us for our siding. They were punctual. Polite, got to work quickly after asking if there were any problems. The inspection took about 30 minutes. Then I was given a written review of what was done on the roof as well as shown photos of the process. The written review was verbally gone overs if I had any questions, I could ask them.

He did a great job... make sure the area was fixed well and he cleanup up after himself.

A week after calling A&D for a roof leak, we had some new roof damage from a raccoon, who ripped off 3-4 shingles from the ridge vent on our house. Dustin came back and fixed that. He had to go shopping for some shingles to match, which I appreciated so the repair was not obvious. He also thought that fixing just a few of the shingles would not look so great, so he replaced the entire ridge vent, even though only 20% or so was damaged. He also improved on the type of vent we had, which was not so good to start with. I really appreciated the extra efforts on both of their repairs.
