We were very pleased with A&D Exteriors. We got estimates from 3 potential roofers. A&D offered a lot of services and material for a very competitive price. Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They were extra careful with the plantings around the house, protecting everything, and meticulous in the clean-up. This was important to us because we just had some new landscaping put in. It couldn’t have gone better. We would certainly recommend A&D Exteriors.

it was wonderful, the only issue was the darn weather! they were very friendly to work with, always stayed in touch with how the schedule was going and after the work was done I was very happy. someone forgot to install the chimney cap but the company sent out someone to install it in two days, so I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Went really well. They came out on a day when I personally would never go on a roof. And they sent out enough men to make sure they finished in one day. That is there policy and goal. Its a wonder of how much better a house can look with new roofing that coordinates beautifully with the siding.

Everything went very well. Heidi was incredibly responsive from the first call and throughout the process. Everyone, from the owner to every workman, was courteous and very professional. We did have weather issues (heat and storms) that understandably delayed the initial start date. When the new start date conflicted with our vacation, there was no hassle about our postponing the start date until we returned. This was a fairly big job and took the crew about a week to complete. Each day they started exactly when they told me they would be there and each evening, they made sure that everything was picked up and stowed neatly. When the job was done, the cleanup was thorough. I have yet to find a nail or other debris anywhere! The roof, soffit repairs, and new gutters look great. I highly recommend A&D and would definitely use them again without hesitation.

I can't say enough about the quality of craftsmanship, management of remodel, and design expertise by A&D Exteriors. The degree of professionalism and genuine care we experienced from Heidi and her team was absolutely the best in class and far exceeded our expectations. An example is our contract which was four pages long, typed, and included itemization and details of all materials, explanations, and options...Heidi went through every detail with us, answering all questions and addressing all concerns. She was on the job site nearly every day, or on the phone with us, ensuring materials were delivered, schedules were being kept, and costs kept within our budget. The workmanship is simply outstanding. Our house looks contemporary and new. We've owned our home for nearly 25 years and it has never looked this good. Thank you A&D Exteriors for your strong work ethic, pleasant interpersonal skills, and sharp eye. We are so proud of our home!

Dustin arrived on time, and worked through the day, but did not rush the work, as quality is their focus. The area was left clean, and easy to work with him. Clean, hassle free job. Chris inspects the roof every 2 years, and also a great experience.

We recently contacted several contractors to replace our roof. Heidi, the sales lady at A&D Exteriors was the best, she was very responsive and provided a comprehensive quotes with several different options. The price was the most competitive. Heidi also helped us to arrange the working schedule and the roof replacement job was done on time and of high quality. The team at A&D Exteriors are fantastic. I originally claimed a deal from them for a roof maintenance package. Our roof is 11 years old now and thought it might need some. We also have had one minor issue and thought they would be able to fix it. When they came out, they determined our roof was in excellent shape and did not need maintenance. They showed us that our roofing issue is most likely actually an issue with our plumbing vent. They did not even charge us for the evaluation! Overall a great company and I would hire again with no hesitation!

Chris was responsive to all my questions and concerns. He explained the entire process and what to expect. Pricing was competitive and estimate included all line items. No hidden costs and no pressure. Crew was professional and worked hard to get one side done before the storms. They went the extra mile to protect and cover the ridge line from water. Cleanup was good. A few nails found after they left, but fortunately no flat tires. A week after completion I noticed a nail popping up. Chris was quick to fix it. I was very pleased with the installation, product selection and service from A&D Exteriors.

The gentleman who came out was on time and very helpful. He caulked around flashing where the caulk had cracked. He went over the condition of the roof with me. The roof was only 10 years old and he never tried to sell me on repairs I did not need. He gave me a good estimation of how long my roof should last. He was able to replace a single shingle that an animal ate through on the corner. I would recommend them.

Heidi was extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough, and provided a detailed report and provided suggestions on possible actions going forward. I will definitely A&D for my roofing needs and will highly recommend to anyone I know.

The roofing process went smoothly. They cleaned up after themselves, no flat tires. They had no issue receiving payment in full once I'd received my money from the insurance company. When materials I chose were discontinued or had a longer wait time they substituted better quality materials and informed me of the situation.

Overall, I had an exceptional experience with A&D. The sales contact and all of the crew were responsive, punctual, courteous, and professional. The work was completed on time, within budget, and met all of my needs and expectations. With such a large investment, I interviewed several firms to do this work; I was very pleased with A&D's approach to the bidding process and am thankful that I selected them as the contractor. I highly recommend them.

They were not the cheapest, but they were very forthright, with no hidden charges. Once the weather cooperated, they put the roof (3,500 SF with some steep pitches) on in a single day, bringing a crew of 10 that worked from 7 to 7. Our contact was Chris Bassi. Once the work was done (and paid for), we noted an issue with how one of the gutters was draining. I called Chris, and he had people out the next day to repair it.
