overall roof tune-up was performed and seal the area where the water leak was coming from. The next day it rain and the water was still leaking in. I called A&D Exteriors to tell them that the water is still coming in, and I was told that for that job I need to hire a handyman to fix that problem. Only if I needed an estimate for roof replacement, they could send someone.

I worked with Chris on an estimate, he gave a helpful presentation and I ended up choosing him because I felt he was very honest and uses good product. A & D was in the middle price range of the other estimates I received. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day and were done by 2:30. The team was very nice and efficient.

We had some severe wind in my area that damaged my roof's soffit. I called A&D and they came by quickly to provide an estimate. They arrived fixed it perfectly and all looks perfect again on my roof. If you want a high quality work done with excellent service definitely give them a try.

Gene arrived on time and inspected my roof to let me know it's current condition and how long I can expect before replacement. He is extremely courteous and professional. A & D Exteriors will be my number one choice to replace when the time comes!

Amazing company. I would recommend A&D exteriors to anyone looking for a new roof. They were priced well, delivered a quality product, communicated throughout the process and executed to each line in the contract. Their team completed the project in 2 days and their clean up process was thorough and effective. Dustin even came out to touch up some flashing that wasn't included in the project. Hands down one of the best contractors I have worked with.

Kevin arrived on time and was so helpful and professional. I had a leak on my ceiling that he investigated. He quickly assessed the issue which required a minor repair/adjustment. He addressed it and let me know that the roof was in good shape and still had some years before it would need replacing. In addition, he looked at a leak by the window and also addressed that with another minor fix. He didn't charge me for the visit and I was thoroughly impressed with his customer service! It's rare to find a honest company these days and when my roof is ready for replacement, I will definitely be calling A&D exteriors! Thanks Kevin!

Good communication. Arrived on time and fixed the issue quickly. Provided additional items to consider, but was not pushy and gave me a good assessment of the situation.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for a roof inspection. Krystal did a great job! She was very thorough in the inspection and touch-ups performed. She did a fabulous job of reviewing everything she saw (or didn't see).

My experience with them did not go so well. The work they did was below average. My gutters were supposed to not let water stagnant and they still do so, so they didn't do the job I expected out of them.

This company came out to see if I had any damage to my roof since the big wind storm and hail this winter. They were on time and handled themselves like professionals. They got up on my roof and after spending about 15-20 minutes checking it out, they could find no damage and told me I had about 5 years left on the roof. When it is time for a re-roof, I'll be contacting them to do the job.

Krystal was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Krystal did not rush the job and was very thorough in her assessment and work. Krystal's honest evaluation was very much appreciated and I would highly recommend both Krystal and A&D Exteriors to anyone!

After asking a few questions about my particular issue and viewing my home from Google Maps they determined that they would be unable to assist, but offered very helpful suggestions to resolving my issue(s). If given the chance, I would use them based on their professionalism and willingness to determine the correct course of action for my issue(s).

Perfectly, great clean up too

I discovered from viewing Google Earth that the roof shingles were completely gone from about 1/3 of my house -- the area over an addition that had been built 15 years earlier. It was December and the temperature was dropping -- and other companies told me that they couldn't schedule me until the spring. A&D recognized that I needed the roof taken care of right away and promised to fit me in. The representative promptly came to my home and described in detail everything about the process, and I selected the materials. I asked a relative (who is an engineer, has a lot of experience with contractors, and recently replaced his roof) to look at my roof via Google Earth and evaluate the company's quote. He was very impressed with the level of detail provided, the methods proposed, the quality of the materials, and the price. We were also impressed with the lengthy warranties on labor and materials. I then met with the company's designer who came to my home to help me select a color. After A&D started the job and had a chance to examine the roof in detail, they were amazed that I had not already had any leakage -- they showed me photos of some of the serious problems and where holes were beginning to form. They said the roof would not have made it through the winter. The work was performed promptly and efficiently and A&D took great care in cleaning up everything. (I haven't found a single stray nail in my yard.) The quality is excellent, the price reasonable, and the roof looks terrific. Everyone was courteous and professional. They did the work a few days before Christmas and on a windy day with the temperature in the low 30s. This would have been a disaster if the job had been delayed, so I was very grateful that A&D stuck to its promise to get it done before the weather would have made it impossible.

Best and most detailed bid in writing of all 3 estimates that we used .Very competitive bid. Heidi was great to work with. Her and Dustin helped us work within our Budget. Great communication. No pressure. The Craftsman kept us aware of every little detail that they though we should know about along the way. They did a lot of the little extra things that sometimes get forgotten. They are very good and what they do. Take great pride in their work . Great cleanup. Provided us with samples of the different shingles and siding colors and styles that we were considering.Work is guaranteed. Highly recommended professionals.

On time and as good as one would expect when going with a company

A roof is a big investment. So when it came time to replace my huge roof, I didn't want any problems. I did my online research, joined Angie's List, read hundreds of reviews (literally), and got plenty of estimates. After all, while shingles are important, proper installation of those shingles is even more important. I did not want to buy good shingles and then inadvertently hire a low-bidding, fly-by-night scam artist to install them. And because my downspout/gutter system needed some professional "tweaking," I did not want to use a roofer who subcontracted out this portion of the job. If there were any problems, I didn't want a roofer who would pass the buck; I wanted a roofer who would stand behind the WHOLE job without pointing fingers at a subcontractor. Therefore, after months of research, I finally decided to hire A & D Exteriors. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Both Gene and Dustin (owner) spent time walking me through the process, patiently and thoroughly answering all my picky questions. They also resolved some ventilation issues and helped me choose quality materials. Heidi, their designer, even came out a few times to deliver samples and help me choose colors. And, unlike many roofers, their "gutter guy," Dom, is not a subcontractor; he's an employee of A & D. Fantastic. Another deciding factor was reading A & D's responses to people who wrote less-than-flattering reviews about them. (Some people are just unreasonable and/or didn't read the fine print on their coupons.) By the restrained and professional manner in which Dustin responded, I sensed that A & D was a professional, class act. And I was not disappointed. I love my new roof. From start to finish, the men of A & D know their stuff, and I have had no problems with their work. Spare yourself the hours and hours of research I already did for you - hire A & D with confidence. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company for their service. First, they were friendly and responsive over the phone. I had to talk to them a couple of times to reschedule, as I had a conflict with the first scheduled time. They were very accomodating. The service provider was prompt and thorough. The consultation on the current state of my roof was very helpful. And the good news is that I don't need a new roof for a couple of years! The worker then caulked everything and I am good to go. I would do this service again in a heartbeat!

I got a call from Angie's list first saying they will send me the payment back with full refund. Then I get another call that if I am interested they will help me find another contractor to do the job. Neither of these two things happened. I lost my money and I will never do this again. What a shame!

A&E was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Their attention to detail is evident in all phases of the work, from a thorough, but not pushy, review of their approach to the project in person instead of just dropping a bid through the mail slot to a two step cleanup process to ensure the debris is appropriately cleared from the yard. I was especially impressed with A&E's commitment to stick with the job after completion when there was an issue. We were experiencing a slight leak near the chimney after the work was completed. A&E made several trips back until the problem was resolved. The problem turned out to be chimney sealing, which is not related to the work A&E performed, but they ensured that it was taken care of. We've remodeled nearly every element of a 110+ year old house over the past 10 years. A&E is one of only a couple of service providers who set precise expectations and delivered to the max. The price was not my low bid but the service that comes with this company is well worth any minor difference in cost and therefore deserves an "A". I wish all of our projects had gone this smoothly and delivered such great results. I could not recommend A&E Exteriors more highly.

From the first estimate to the completion of the work, A&D was very responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. We worked through every detail together and they got the work done within a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely consider them for future projects on my home. They even had their roofing specialist come out and look at a unique problem that we had and he fixed it for nothing while he was up there. Thank you!
