Yesterday, I noticed that some of our shingles had blown off of the roof. I called A&D Exteriors and set up an estimate with Chris for this morning. We agreed to have the work done and Chris said he'd get back to me to let me know when someone would be out here. I returned from some errands this afternoon, and to my surprise, Dustin was up on the roof doing the repair. He did excellent work and let me know how long we can expect our roof to last. Very professional and would definitely hire for another job.

Everything went extremely well. The A & D representative was prompt, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He was was exceptionally professional and very informative. He even took pictures of our roof to illustrate its current overall good condition. We would definitely hire A & D again without hesitation for any future roofing needs. We would also not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Chris came out on time, explained what he was going to do, I saw him do caulking around a vent I believe, heard him hammering down nails. Afterwards he showed me pictures that he took before he made the repairs. Told me how many years until the roof would need repaired. Very honest & professional, I would highly recommend.

Kevin arrived promptly and inspected the interior issue and then evaluated the condition of the entire roof. He was able to find the problem that was being caused by a roof fan. He caulked the fan and the issue seems to be resolved. Additionally, I now have a complete checklist evaluation of the condition of my roof including its estimated lifetime. This is so useful if one is interested in selling their home. Thank you Kevin

This project went extremely well. We interviewed 3 Angie's List providers and chose A & D, even though it was not the lowest bid. The following factors led us to this choice: 1) a very detailed, professional presentation, 2) a frank explanation of what this contractor offered in the way of quality before, during, and after completion of the work, 3) the fact that this contractor works with one crew that has worked together over a long period of time and had experienced go-to people on staff for the selection of materials and clean-up. It has been almost a year since the work was completed, and there have been no issues of concern then or since. The work was completed in the time promised. The clean-up left nothing (nails, etc.) in the yard (they came back twice to check!). The skylight installation was perfect, no leaks and trim finishing on the inside, as promised. We feel our money was well-spent for the material and workmanship we received. They delivered on every promise and exceeded our expectations.

OK but need a refund... Fair to partly cloudy - I think Chris came out and already had made up his mind from our talk last week of the issues. He said that before he came and after that I needed a new roof and that was what he proposed we do. So none of the repair work I paid for was done he said safety issues which I agreed to - not much choice - I was looking for options in this scenario and only got a $20,000+ one. I already knew something was wrong with the 1 sky light leaking which was my original concern he did not even get close enough to inspect it just took pictures from about 10' away - in his favor it was damp and a steep roof. He should have threw a ladder down in stead walking the roof line - but that is just me what do I know... We notice a shingle was coming lose on the front of the house he did not even attempt to fix that he and I pointed it out before he started all it needed was a few nails... Thanks, Rick

We had a few different assessments of what our problem could be and our third call was to A&D to get one last assessment. Kevin called me back within a day of contacting them through their website. Kevin was great working around our availability and was able to come out to check out our issue. He noted that we had some sealant cracks and took care of the problem and did not even charge us! When we need any additional home services in the future we will be calling A&D and especially asking for Kevin. Thank you!

I talked to Zak on the phone. He asked a few questions and told me that its not the roof its probably the room humidifier I have been running every night for past few weeks. The leaks are probably water condensation first freezing and then unfreezing as the weather gets warmer. The leaks are not coming from a roof problem. He said he'd come out to look but its probably not the roof. I decided to wait and see if using it less, like not during the daytime, would cure the problem. I will definately call them back if it looks like the roof is the culprit.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed by A&D. We had our roof replaced, new gutters installed and shutters installed on two front windows. The end result is perfection! From our initial meeting with Chris to the final handshake with Dustin (the owner) after all work was completed, we cannot speak highly enough about this company. They also have an in-house designer (Heidi) who helped us pick out the color of our new roof as well as advised us on colors for new gutters and shutters. I was so appreciative of the A&D crew, who took great care to clean up after themselves, picking up every last piece of debris and sending a representative back the next day to do a second check for any nails or debris in the grass or bushes. I have a 2 year old daughter, so I was very grateful for this attention to detail. The company is a class act…you can tell everyone is passionate about quality and always putting the customer first. I was so pleased with their work that I recommended them to my parents who needed some siding work. They expertly replaced the siding on one of my parents’ garages with the same high-quality service…my parents are thrilled with the end result. Chris, Heidi and Dustin – and all employees of A&D who helped with our roof, gutters and shutters – thank you for making what can be a nerve-wracking process, enjoyable and stress free!

Roofer left a note saying some nails were popping. He did inspection when I wasn't home. I never talked to him to schedule an appointment and was never contacted.

The work went exceptionally well. Very pleased with the line of communication between the sales rep and myself. Workers did a great job in getting the work done in a timely and professional manner. I would definetely hire this company again and recommend them as well.

Our roof had a leak after a serious weekend rain. Kevin came out immediately to assess the situation. I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to remedy the issue, plus he did not charge us! Another roofer quoted us $900. Stop looking for an honest, dependable roofer. Kevin and A&D are A+++!! I will definitely use A&D again.

They were there when we needed them with advice and alternatives. We would definitely hire them again when we need siding and gutters. Their work is top notch as are the materials they use. The finished product is beautiful. Krystal and her brother were are main contacts and they were both courteous and very knowledgeable of all things roofing.

Great assistance in selecting shingle, siding, and gutter colors to match the brick of our home. The roof replacement was done in one day. The foreman reviewed the work plan before starting. They laid tarps before roof tear off to protect plants and make clean up easier. The crew worked diligently as a team all day long. They made sure that bathroom fan vents were added without prompting. Workmanship was excellent. They also sent a person to do a second cleanup the following day to catch anything that was missed. Siding was also installed professionally, but didn't start until two weeks after the roof was completed due to problems with a previous job and weather. We were promptly informed of any delays as they happened. The work was completed efficiently with outstanding workmanship. The gutter replacement only took a half day and went very smoothly. They addressed a concern over one downspout location by recommending and implementing a slightly different solution. They were respectful of the concern and worked out an acceptable alternative with no hassle. Overall a stress free professional experience. They are concerned that you get the quality workmanship that you expect.

It was fine. For what I paid for, they got an A. I didn't have them do any further service because their price was even remotely close to what I considered reasonable for the extra work. For the inspection, they get an A because I didn't have to pay a lot for a roof inspection. They were responsive. I think they were punctual.

Everything was fine with it. They scheduled it and they came out. When the person had actually come out, they did poke their head up in there but they didn't actually go and get up into the attic to take a look everything. They did actually go up on the roof and took a look. They gave me an idea of some things to be conscious of. They did seal a little bit around my fireplace. All in all, it was okay. They put some caulk around the edge of the fireplace. I think they should have communication around if they potentially were going to reschedule. It would have been nice to get a call the day before.

Roof inspection went well and he reattached a piece of shingle that had blown off during a storm.

Chris explain the total inspection to us and what he repaired/replace on the roof. He was great and if we need any other service in the future , I would call A & D Exteriors and ask for Chris.

A&D Exteriors priced the job fairly, installed a new roof when promised, and did an outstanding job. Very professional. The roofing crew was unbelievable. Very knowledgeable and their work ethics were great. They did an excellent job with the clean up also. Their Air Vent II system has already made a difference in the heat build up in the attic. This is my 3rd roof, and by far the best company I have ever used.
