I'm sorry you were unhappy with your MAINTENANCE package. This deal states VERY SPECIFICALLY that this service does not fix pre-existing conditions. I stated this to you as soon as I got to the house and saw the giant leaks and stains on you ceiling. Upon telling you this, you also wanted me to REPLACE all the flashings on the house, which would cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars. You wanted this for free. I had to remind you again, that this special was only for prevention and not to fix pre-existing conditions. At this point, I told you that I would go up onto the roof and put some sealant around the troubled areas, but it would not be a cure all. I also told you that the roof was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced. You stood in your driveway, thanked me up and down, and shook my hand for going above and beyond what I needed to do in helping you. Now, the roof is still leaking, and you have given me a negative review. Again, you were told that this special is for maintenance, not fixing leaks you already have. I understand that you want everything for free and that you were upset that I didn't replace ALL of your flashings, vents, and skylights for the $99 you paid for the deal you purchased, but I feel that giving me a negative review because of roof leaks that you had months (or years) before you ever called us is unfair. This does not reflect on us as a company, and in fact, only reflects negatively on you. I did everything that was included in the package you purchased. I was polite and exactly on time for our appointment. You stood in your yard the entire time and watched me as I was in your roof. You had me in your home for another 20 minutes to explain how your ventilation works, and explain why your skylights are leaking. Again, I was totally happy to do this for you. I explained again that the roof was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. I would be happy to personally refund you for your purchase and remind you simply that a $99 tune up on the roof is not going to fix 20 years of neglect. The tune-up special is exactly what it states. Preventative. Our customers are intelligent, rational people who understand this and want the best service and products in the industry. This is what we provide. We do our very best to accommodate every customer and do what we can to help bad situations. I'm sorry you expected something different than what was clearly described, and again, I will personally refund your $99. You will need that money to replace your roof before the leaks and stains get any worse than they already are. -Gene
