Kevin the service tech came out inspected both roofs. After he was done he explained the type of roof I had, pitch, and how long I had left on the roof. Very impressed with his knowledge.

Excellent. The consultant was able to identify gaps at the flashing which he sealed. He reported the roof was in excellent condition with 15+ years of service remaining. He also was very helpful and cleaned out some cottonwood buildup and debris from the exhausts on the roof. Will hire again in the future for any roofing, siding, window work.

Everything went well. I was glad they could accommodate our tight timeline and do a quality professional job. Only disappointment was that they were not willing to reuse the almost new, undamaged siding that had simply come loose, but seems like that's industry standard. Would recommend.

Dustin was very responsive, helpful and professional. He was communicative and helpful, he quoted a comparable price to other services. Arthur completed the work quickly, completely, and flawlessly. There is no noticeable difference from the original siding to the replacement. Arthur thoroughly cleaned his workspace and provided excess siding to be used in case of any other necessary repairs. Dustin then made sure I was satisfied with the work completed and service provided. Overall and excellent job and I would definitely hire again and refer to others.

"I'm sorry you were unhappy with your MAINTENANCE package. This deal states VERY SPECIFICALLY that this service does not fix pre-existing conditions. I stated this to you as soon as I got to the house and saw the giant leaks and stains on you ceiling. Upon telling you this, you also wanted me to REPLACE all the flashings on the house, which would cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars. You wanted this for free. I had to remind you again, that this special was only for prevention and not to fix pre-existing conditions. At this point, I told you that I would go up onto the roof and put some sealant around the troubled areas, but it would not be a cure all. I also told you that the roof was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced. You stood in your driveway, thanked me up and down, and shook my hand for going above and beyond what I needed to do in helping you. Now, the roof is still leaking, and you have given me a negative review. Again, you were told that this special is for maintenance, not fixing leaks you already have. I understand that you want everything for free and that you were upset that I didn't replace ALL of your flashings, vents, and skylights for the $99 you paid for the deal you purchased, but I feel that giving me a negative review because of roof leaks that you had months (or years) before you ever called us is unfair. This does not reflect on us as a company, and in fact, only reflects negatively on you. I did everything that was included in the package you purchased. I was polite and exactly on time for our appointment. You stood in your yard the entire time and watched me as I was in your roof. You had me in your home for another 20 minutes to explain how your ventilation works, and explain why your skylights are leaking. Again, I was totally happy to do this for you. I explained again that the roof was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. I would be happy to personally refund you for your purchase and remind you simply that a $99 tune up on the roof is not going to fix 20 years of neglect. The tune-up special is exactly what it states. Preventative. Our customers are intelligent, rational people who understand this and want the best service and products in the industry. This is what we provide. We do our very best to accommodate every customer and do what we can to help bad situations. I'm sorry you expected something different than what was clearly described, and again, I will personally refund your $99. You will need that money to replace your roof before the leaks and stains get any worse than they already are. -Gene"

They were competitively priced and did a great job providing updates on the schedule. They also did a good job explaining the entire process. Everyone we had contact with at A&D was very professional and listened to and addressed any questions or concerns that we he had about the job. Their workers showed up on time each day and worked quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement or repair.

Chris was come on time... Check the roof in detail for any potential problems and fixed the minor issues right away. Also provided good advice on other potential solution. On the request, he also visually check all exterior inlcusing siding and soffit.

After initial problems receiving an e-mail response (which now appears to have been a server issue), A&D followed up by calling me. We set up an appointment. They arrived exactly on time and conducted my roof inspection. It was determined that my 15 year old roof is likely still good for another 3 to 5 years. When it is time to install a new roof, I will definitely ask A&D exteriors to quote.

I would definitely recommend this company! I needed some siding replaced on my home. When the company came out to do the work, they discovered some rotting that had occurred due to a previous company not installing my window trim properly. A&D ended up fixing the rotting as well. They were informative, communicated with me well, and made sure their area was clean when they were finished. They were on time and even worked a bit late to make sure the job was done in well and in a timely manner. Excellent service!

Called A&D Exteriors, they knew it was imperative that they come out immediately, and they did. They came out the same day took pictures of the damage on the roof and forwarded them to me, so the insurance company could process my claim. In less than a week the new ridge was in place and we were good to go.

Chris came out on time, explained what he was going to do, I saw him do caulking around a vent I believe, heard him hammering down nails. Afterwards he showed me pictures that he took before he made the repairs. Told me how many years until the roof would need repaired. Very honest & professional, I would highly recommend.

Left message with A&D on a Monday morning and received text back from Dustin by noon. He asked if I could send pictures of the problem. Once sent he got back to me with proposed repair cost. I accepted cost proposal and asked that he repair when time permits. He said he would try to complete repair the next day. As I was at work, Dustin texted me on Tuesday afternoon to advise repair was completed. Repair looks great and Dustin was great to deal with. I would definitely use again.
