A&D responded to my issue quickly. Replaced only the gutters that needed to be and I added leafguards to ensure they did not get clogged again. Heidi was very professional and came out twice to take care of the problem before the gutters were replaced. Dustin installed all the leafguards and performed a roof inspection. I highly recommend A&D for any exterior work.

Project went extremely well. Initial interaction with owner was very productive and informative. He answered all my questions about viable options for the project and made appropriate recommendations for options for products. Very responsive; hard working; quality of job was impeccable. Products very good quality. Replaced flashing around all plumbing roof vents; removed existing attic vents and replaced with apex vent system. I would highly recommend A&D to anyone who needs a roof job of any scale or price point.

Experience with this company was positive. We are pleased with the work. A thorough inspection was done inside of the home/garage and once upon the roof, pictures were taken of the areas that were tuned-up. A check-list was completed and left with us as to what was done for the day and any recommendations as to what we should begin thinking about (i.e, we were provided an estimate of how many years our current roof would hold up). Great work. Will use this company again if needed.

Arrive on time and was very good. checked my roof out and gave me his inspection report also explained everything to me in simple terms.

A & D Exteriors showed up on time, the crew chief walked me through exactly what was to be done. The crew was industrious. They completed the job in one day. Did an exemplary job of sweeping the yard for nails and debris. Chris came back the day after installation to review the warranty information and do another sweep of the exterior. Waiting for our new custom shutters to arrive for installation.

Service person arrived on time and spent about an hour checking the house roof and garage roof. He added caulk around exhaust vents, checked all flashing, and checked for aging shingles. He said my roof has another 5 years left and is in good shape overall. He recommended I fix my broken attic fan and add ventilation to my soffits.

My home is outside of their service area. The vendor called me immediately to let me know. I have requested a refund from Angie's List and will be working with another company. I probably wouldn't work with A&D Exteriors in the future since they don't service my area.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, rep was punctual and friendly. He provided a very good service and pictures to show the status of our roof.

They are extremely responsive. Great customer service. The roof took 3 days and it looks great! I would definitely hire again and highly recommend!

See the note on the left. The inspector was very nice and knowledgeable and informed me on the one chimney condition. He said they do not do the type of repairs on the siding that is no my house. He also informed me of other aspects of roofing also. I was very impressed and would hire them in the future for other work, with out hesitation. He apologized that he could not do the full inspection and encouraged me to submit this request for a refund.

Very well. Price was in the middle of four estimates, but quality of materials and work was much better than lower bidder.

Service was well-done, some touch-ups were made and report was thorough--photos of minor issues and repairs were provided. Overall a good experience.

Kevin the service tech came out inspected both roofs. After he was done he explained the type of roof I had, pitch, and how long I had left on the roof. Very impressed with his knowledge.

Excellent. The consultant was able to identify gaps at the flashing which he sealed. He reported the roof was in excellent condition with 15+ years of service remaining. He also was very helpful and cleaned out some cottonwood buildup and debris from the exhausts on the roof. Will hire again in the future for any roofing, siding, window work.
