Description of Work: I have been using a Big Deal for A&D Exteriors. They came out and did the roof special.

Description of Work: Dustin came out today and told me right away that my type of roof is not covered by the big deal ( I didn't read the fine print carefully enough when I purchased it). He suggested I contact Angies list to get my money back. When I asked if he can do a visual inspection on my roof to see if there is anything that needs to be fixed. He did it right away for me and provided some suggestions on the timeline around when my roof may needs maintenance. Then I mentioned that there was a severe thunderstorm passing by my area recently and I am a bit concerned if there was any damage to the roof. he offered to do a quick walk-thru on the lower portion of the roof. He climbed up there and did some fixings and inspection to the best he can. He is such an honest guy and also seems very knowledgeable about roof. I will use him again when it is time to get my roof fixed or replaced.

Description of Work: Dustin was very courteous and went out of his way to check our roof, even in the rain! He then said he would give me a refund since my roof was brand new and it was a Mansard roof, which didn't qualify. He still did a walk around inspection (got on top of the roof) and said everything was in good shape. He also conducted a small repair (nailed down some loose shingles, which is the main reason why I purchased this deal). This was COMPLIMENTARY...!

Description of Work: Replaced Roof. I purchased Angie's big deal for a new roof. My roof was 50% larger than the roof footage the price shown on the Big Deal covered but I was satisfied with the price offered to me by Dustin Bassi , the owner of A&D Exteriors. His workmen arrived on time just as promised. They were very professional and completed the job in one day. When I went out to review the finished job I was shocked to see that my gutters and leaf guard system were missing. When I called Dustin to ask him where they were he explained that his guys couldn't save the gutters and leaf guards when installing the new roof. I was shocked. But then without my asking Dustin IMMEDIATLY said that he will have someone over the next morning to install new gutters and leaf guards FREE OF CHARGE. And the following morning his gutter guys showed up and spent 8 hours installing the new products! It is rare these days to find someone who is honest and stands behind his product and his work.. It was great to work with a guy like that. The roof, gutters and leaf system look great. Dustin is a good man to work with and very, very honest. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him. Good prices, good work, good quality and honest!!!

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for a roof inspection performed by A & D Exteriors through Angie's List. I called to schedule the inspection about a month before the actual work was performed. Dustin was very professional and responsive when he was here and I asked him to subsequently install 4 new roof vents as the ones I had were inhabited by birds from year to year. He quoted me a price and though he couldn't make it to the first work date we had, he returned two days following and installed the new "bird-proof" vents on a very steep roof. He was a pleasure to do business with (thanks Dustin and Heidi).

Description of Work: Dustin was very accomodating when we had to reschedule the roof inspection and tune-up twiice due to weather. He called ahead to let us know that he was running 15 minutes late. He arrived and explained what he was going to do and asked if there were any areas of particular concern. He performed the inspection, nailing and sealing any problem areas, and he took pictures to show what he did. He then inspected our attic to check for any leaks, moisture damage, and proper venting. Finally, he provided an inspection checklist report of the total roofing system with recommendations and answered all our questions. All was done in a professional and courteous manner.

Description of Work: We bought a Angies List member offer for a roofing tune up. Basically, they came out and checked the caulking, and structural soundness of the roof. They applied caulk where needed, replaced nails in flashing where needed, and also in the roof vents. They also checked the attic to ensure there were no leaks, and the same with the skylights. We were extremely happy with the results. They were here almost two hours, and i would definitely recommend them for the tune up special.
