Description of Work: Serviceman came into my home. Diagnosed that I needed a rush thermostat. Roomed me it would arrive in a 24 hour final received call and thermostat was replaced the next day.

Description of Work: Took ten minutes to figure out the coils on my indoor unit was the problem. After a good cleaning, my air works better than it has in years. Other company kept telling me I needed my ducts cleaned and sealed for $2000. Voss took care of the problem for about $100. Think I'll stick with Voss.

Description of Work: We have used Voss many times. They are always friendly, polite, professional, very fast, and reasonable. Something blew on our air-conditioner. I noticed it in the wee hours, called them at 8am that morning, and a tech was able to come out that afternoon. They called me when they were on the way (available earlier than expected!)as I work about 20 minutes from home. I find them to be very trustworthy. Our air conditioner is now 18 years old and went we need to replace it, we will approach Voss to do the job.

Description of Work: Voss put a brand new HVAC system in my trailer for me and I can not complain. Really the only complaint that I have is that I was not told it would be a two day install and that they would be coming back for day two. I was not off the next day for the AC install but was able to let them in and they locked up when they where done. They cleaned up the yard and left no mess at all. They came back the 3rd day to check the furnace as I was not aware of how the newer systems run and thought it was not working right. I have not had any issues since. Love my new system and will be calling them back any time I need repairs.

I felt he inspected the units thoroughly and reported his findings to me in an understandable manner. He answered any questions i had and made recommendations. This is the third time i have had the clean and check service performed and each time i have been totally satisfied. I highly recommend Voss.

Description of Work: Our air-conditioner froze up the morning before we were scheduled to have an open-house. Voss was able to come out within hours of my call. Fortunately it was not a very hot day, as the A/C unit had to thaw overnight. But they were there the next morning first thing, recharged the unit, and we were back in business. Very quick, very helpful.

+ -1 moreAfter having another provider recommend not only replacing the capacitor, but also some additional more costly repairs, we decided to contact Voss for a quote on a replacement unit. After checking the unit and replacing the capacitor, the Voss technician assured us that the other repairs recommended by the other provider were not necessary. And we didn't need to replace the unit after all. But when we eventually do, we will go back to Voss.
Description of Work: One of our a/c units had a blown capacitor that was replaced.

+ -1 moreCalled Voss to see if someone would come look at my furnace - was blowing cold air. They had someone out within the house! Compressor was out. Needed at the very least and outside unit or new compressor - asked Voss pricing for both, had pricing next day. Josh talked to me for about 45 minutes explaining all my options and problems. Josh answered all my questions. After thinking for a couple days decided to get a whole new system (since mine was the old refrigerant and was 10 years old). The new system was ordered and installed within 5 days! Could not be happier!
Description of Work: Service call 1st to diagnose problem then complete installation of new system made and out and a new register/vent added to a room.

Description of Work: I have not received billing for the services provided to date. The company representatives were punctual, professional, and knowledgable. They evaluated and removed baseboard heating that is not needed in the home I purchased. We have addition issues needing attention in the somewhat near future regarding air-conditioning, therefore I cannot comment on, "price, at this time." I am planning to sign a Maintenance Contract with Voss Heating and Air Conditioning.
