septic tank
+ -1 moreExperience went very well. I explained that I could not be on-site the day of service, and that I would leave access to the tank lid for them. They had no problems with this whatsoever, and they did not even want a deposit. They came and pumped out the tank, and sent a bill in the mail. The amount was exactly what they said it would be, no add-ons or 'funny stuff', very honest and up-front folks to deal with.
Description of Work: Service provided was septic tank pumping.

Description of Work: The guys from Grammer came out and pumped our septic tank. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. It turned out that the septic tank was not the cause of some minor plumbing problems we'd been having, but they helped me brainstorm what else might be going on, and gave me some suggestions that we could try ourselves before calling in a plumber.
