Description of Work: We purchased Lv rm furniture which reclined. Immediately had an issue with 1 pull detaching. They ended up ordering a whole new mechanism & fixed it at nc. They're prompt with any problem & go overboard to make it right. I'm so glad I bought local & will definitely buy from them again.
