Description of Work: Called out in May for a quote. Prompt & courteous. Inspected system thoroughly before giving quote. Craine was one of many quotes we received, but we felt most confident using Craine over the others. In comparison, the prices were on average or better than competitors, and the technicians were definitely more knowledgeable. Craine was easy to work with, and has great customer service. In May we had a new heat pump, indoor coil and hot water heater installed. In November we had questions regarding the heat pump and a small problem with the unit. They were very prompt on getting out to fix it, and even checked the entire system while they were here. Great service, great pricing, highly recommended.

+ -1 moreWasher continued to leak into tub even after unplugged. Lonnie came out immediately and said the hoses weren't tightened off enough and the screens needed replaced in hoses due to corrosion. Charge was $82.53 which included the service call. 2 days later, problem was back. Called Lonnie and he stated he was afraid it was a valve and told me the cost of the valve upfront. I knew from talking to others that this price was not inflated. He ordered it and came out within days and installed it. No service charge this time, only actualy valve cost and $30 labor. I'm a happy camper. Lonnie always does execellent work and is honest. He could tell you anything and charge a lot because the average person like me would never know. We've used them for years and will continue to as I trust them to give me execellent service w/o being ripped off.

+ -1 moreRepaired window air conditioner.They came took it out and back to there business cleaned it out and replaced it, (large unit). Estimate was unknown, they could have added extras but didn't. Very happy with the service.
Description of Work: Large window air unit remove from upstairs apartment building, carried down a long flight of stairs, clean and returned.
