VETERAN'S CHEM DRY

I called and left a message requesting a quote; Tim returned my call promptly from a cell phone during the day while he was out on calls. Tim was able to give me a firm quote based on room sizes over the phone, and scheduled the service in a timely manner. Tim did a wonderful job cleaning the house, and I felt worked to give me the lowest rate possible. In the past, our stairs would take a very long time to dry, attracting dirt before they were even dry--the carbonation process Chem Dry used left the carpets clean and much drier. I was very pleased with Chem Dry and with Tim. I will say the process is more expensive (approximately 1/3 more than traditional methods in our home), however, I have found that the carpets stayed cleaner longer, allowing us to clean the carpets less frequently. I will call Chem Dry the next time the carpets need cleaning.

I am ashamed to say it had been at least 10 years since any of my carpets had been cleaned & they were very dirty & spotted. The Veterans owner, Tim Harrington, responded to my original phone call quickly & gave me a quote over the phone based on the room measurements I provided. Cleaning appointment was scheduled for the following week & the work was performed on the scheduled date. I decided on the top of the line cleaning with all the extras - total was $675.00. The results were truly amazing. I thought I would have to replace the stairway carpet-it was so dirty & spotted. But it came out so clean I won't have to replace it after all. I am delighted. It was a pleasure working with this company & I intend to use them again. I did remove all small items from tops of furniture so Veterans could move the big items with ease.

The carpets looked great when they were finished. It seemed expensive, but I'm not sure. I called to ask them to come back for one room and I haven't received a call back. I had a time range for the first part of the day and they didn't show up until 2:00pm. I was home ill, but if I had to come home from work to meet them, I would have been upset. I'm not positive if I would use them again. The result was beautiful so I might be willing to use them again.
