+ -1 moreThey broke and damaged lots of items, there are also some things that I haven't been able to find after the move. They damaged furniture, walls, doorways, they put a hole through and oil painting, the split one of the legs on my grand piano, broke expensive china. I paid for them to put things in specific rooms, they just dropped things and left. It was a horrible experience. I called to complain and the woman who answered didn't want anything to do with helping me resolve the issue. She did send out someone, but he basically overlooked everything. They agreed to pay only $400 for damage, which wouldn't even cover one replacement or repair of a single item. It was horrific, and I would never deal with them again.
Description of Work: Moved from Philadelphia to Chicago.
