The worker himself was very friendly and although it was outside work, they were still nice enough. They got it done in about a week.

Brad Simon, the owner, was prompt and had good follow-up throughout the whole process. Brad was also very helpful with making decisions regarding style and color. His workmen were unobstrusive, thorough and cleaned up at the end of each day. Workmanship was top-quality. We have absolutely no complaints about Brad or his workmen and would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OWNER BRAD. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND IT SOUNDED LIKE HE NEW HIS BUSINESS. ONE OF THE REASON I HIRED HIS COMPANY WAS BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME I COULD KEEP MY WINDOW TREATMENTS..THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THE FIRST SET OF CONTRACTOR HE SENT WHERE FOR THE WINDOWS. THEY BROKE EVERYONE OF MY WINDOW TREATMENTS REMOVING THEM AND THEN FORCED THEM BACK ON. THEY PUT WHITE CAULK AROUND THE WINDOW INSTEAD OF WOOD TRIM...IT NEVER HARDENED AND THEN THEY PUT MY WINDOW TREATMENTS BACK UP AND IT GOT ALL OVER THEM. THE OWNER, BRAD HAD GOTTEN THE FLU DURING THE WHOLE INSTALL SO HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT THE MESS THAT THEY MADE. HE MADE THEM COME BACK AND PUT WOOD TRIM OVER THE CAULKING UNSTAINED. THE SIDING CONTRACTOR WAS BETTER, BUT THEY SMASHED SOME OF MY SCRUBS AND DID A SLOPPY JOB ON THE CORNERS...THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM. WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS WAS. I ENDED UP REPLACING 4 WINDOW TREATMENTS.
