+ 0 morePaul was able to work around my schedule. He was very punctual and was able to address problem quickly. Not only did he clear the virus out, but he also cleaned up my computer. He works quickly and efficiently. Prices are very affordable. I need a new laptop and will be working with Paul on that. I am definitely referring him to friends and family!

Description of Work: Paul Kaufman, the President of PAK Computers, has been an invaluable asset to me and my business since 1996. He not only supports me and all my hardware, software and computer issues, he also supports my team. He does a spectacular job in everything we ask him to do. He is always ready to help me during the day and at night if need be. He is very accessible, reliable and trustworthy. We are, without exception, always pleased with the outcomes. He has a broad IT knowledge and experience. Any issues are dealt with on a timely basis. His fees are very reasonable. He’s a pleasure to work with and I have a great deal of respect for him and feel he has been a great business partner in fulfilling my computer needs and requirements.

He comes prepared for the situation, having researched problems and solutions before he arrives, so I never have felt I am paying for his time to learn. I have referred him to many other clients, and I get positive feedback from them regarding his work - his clients stay with him for a long time. And Paul is an enjoyable person to know.
Description of Work: I have a reasonably complex home computer network and from time to time need professional help in maintaining it (advice, new equipment, new software, problem identification/resolution, security, performance, etc.). I have been doing business with Paul Kaufman and PAK Computer Services since 2001, and for over 30 situations.

The Technician was very knowledgeable and polite. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The cost of service was reasonable & affordable for the work performed.

+ -1 moreI am fairly computer savy. I was browsing one day and a virus or malware infected my desk top computer and the screen froze on a site that demanded money before I could use it again. I tried everything, re-booted, turned it off and on, nothing worked. I called PAK Computer and explained the problem. Paul, the owner, said he had seen this before. He came over and was able to fix the problem. He also defragged my hard drive and ran several other diagnostics on the machine. Not only did he fix the problem but my computer runs much, much faster now. I would recommend PAK to anyone.
Description of Work: My browser froze and wouldn't let me use my computer at all.
