I am the owner operator of this small family owned company with an emphasis on fair honest prices without service contracts. We aim to keep you comfortable with out draining your bank account. We are a new business based out of Mundelein IL, and would love to become one of your trusted service providers. We service the Lake county Illinois Area and specialize in service, repair and maintenance of single family and light commercial spaces. We are strictly a maintenance,repair and consulting service.

Hanrahan HVAC installed a new Central AC unit for us, repaired a nagging issue with a thermostat, and performed seasonal maintenance on five different systems for us. Each time they showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves and completed the work at the agreed to price. No surprises, no attempts to up sell - just competent work at a great value. I whole heartedly recommend this company.

On time, fair estimate, clean and correct install of humidistat. Tom did a thorough job from estimate to install to operation of unit. Although not a BIG job I would have Tom come back for routine maintenance and future installs! Hands-down Tom is awesome! Would I recommend to friends=YES Would I recommend to neighbors= YES Would I use Hanrahan HVAC again= H YES!

Price estimate was fair up front, and final price was within the estimated range. The tech was extremely thorough in explaining options and costs. Install was clean and professional, with no trace of dirt left behind. Installation Technician patiently explained the use and care of the new system and answered all my questions. The new heating and cooling equipment have worked flawlessly since the install. Outstanding value and service from start to finish!
