 + -1 moreWe are very happy with the quality of work. Our house looks great. I found the president of the company, Mark Giarrante, difficult to work with. However, the rest of the staff with this company was friendly and easy to work with. The employees that Mark sent to do the job were hard working and friendly. I would use this company again, but would request to work with someone other than Mark.
Description of Work: Masonry cleaner used to wash the brick on the front and sides of my home. Then it was followed by a pressure wash.

 + -1 moreI HIRED A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO COLOR TREAT THE MASONRY ON THE FACADE OF MY HOME. THEY SUB-CONTRACTED GIANT TO CLEAN THE FACADE BEFORE THEY COULD COMPLETE THEIR JOB.
Description of Work: I RECENTLY USED GIANT TO POWER WASH THE FACADE OF MY HOUSE AND REMOVE EXISTING PAINT FROM THE MASONRY. GIANT USED HIGH PRESSURE WATER TO CLEAN THE FACADE. THE WATER CAME FROM THE WASHER/DRYER CONNECTION IN MY KITCHEN. (WHICH THEY RE-CONNECTED INCORRECTLY CAUSING A SMALL FLOOD THE NEXT TIME I ATTEMPTED TO USE MY WASHER.) MY COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE COMPANY ARE AS FOLLOWS: (1)THE HOSES THAT THEY USED WERE NOT LONG ENOUGH MAKING IT NECESSARY FOR THEM TO DRIVE THEIR TRUCK UP OVER THE CURB AND ONTO MY PARKWAY AND MY NEIGHBOR'S PARKWAY. (2) THEY TRIMMED THE TREE IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE, WHICH THEY HAD WARNED ME THAT THEY MAY HAVE TO DO. HOWEVER, THEY LEFT DOZENS OF BRANCHES ALL OVER THE SIDEWALK, SOME WHICH WERE SO LARGE THAT THEY REQUIRED TWO PEOPLE TO MOVE. (3) THEY FAILED TO TAPE OR COVER THE ALUMINUM TRIM AROUND MY WINDOWS AND DOOR STRIPPING PAINT FROM THEM. WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED THEM TO TOUCH UP THE PAINT THAT WAS REMOVED FROM THE TRIM, THEY REFUSED.
