+ -1 moreWe were looking to replace the carpeting in three bedrooms. Since we have a baby, we wanted something super soft and easy to clean. We got quotes from two big-chain stores (Lowes and Lewis) before finding Karen. She brought tons of samples to the house and guided us in picking out a carpet that we love! She is warm and knowledgeable, she has a flexible schedule, and provides speedy and reliable service. We also felt that we got the fairest price with her. Happy customers are we!

+ -1 moreWe couldn't be happier with our choices and the quality of work and installation. The work was completed on time. We would highly recommend Karen and Floor Decor.
Description of Work: We used Floor Decor for new carpeting. Karen knew the colors and style of carpeting we wanted to use, and she came to our house with her carpet supplier and a multitude of samples. We were allowed to keep them for several days to see how we liked them in various lighting. She had also given us excellent ideas for color choices with painting the walls, so the whole area came together nicely.
