We did replacement of our kitchen floor in March 2023 at our home in Libertyville, IL. Adam and his people and especially Greg did a wonderful job. They were very thorough and the craftsmanship was great. All in all, we are fully satisfied and would recommend Exclusive Wood Flooring to any new prospective customer.

Adam and his employees, Adam and Mirek did an excellent job. Always on time, very courteous, pleasant, and really know what they were doing. They were respectful of our house and covered all pictures, furniture, and eliminated as much dust as possible. The color and finish ended up looking like better than new. The price was less than other bids and we could not be happier. I would highly recommend Adam to others who want to re finish their hardware floors.

This was an extensive update and the quality of work performed was incredible. His crew were polite, professional and responsive. Any concerns or questions were answered immediately and the results were gorgeous.

We got the flooring done prior to moving in. This was around the Christmas holiday and they were right on schedule. We were very appreciative of that! Everyday the crew was prompt and fully staffed. Adam, an owner, came several times to check on the crew He also suggested partners that did painting and carpeting for us as well. This was complete one and one half years ago and we are very happy with the floors, painting, and carpeting.

Great. Adam came to the house, measured the areas to be floored and gave us an estimate on the spot. We later went to his office to look at samples and decide on type of flooring and color. Unfinished flooring was delivered the next day. Because of a scheduling conflict, the install was not started for over a week, which was not a problem. They knew we were in no rush. All old flooring was removed and new flooring installed on day one. Day two was sanding. They also stained four sections for us to make final color choice. Day three was staining and one coat of finish. Day four was second coat of finish, and day five all the furniture was moved back in. Floor is beautiful. Adam and crew were great, and price was much less than competitor's estimate.

Adam and his crew are the consummate perfectionists! From start to finish, the job went smoothly and exactly as promised. Crew is extremely hard working and dedicated to their craft. This was a big job with a very large area to cover. The crew was on time every day, started at 7:30 a.m. and left right around 5:00 p.m. or later. They prepared the areas to minimize dust (it's impossible to eliminate entirely, but they did the best they could!) and were very respectful of our 'space'. When installing the new cherry hardwood in the living and dining rooms they staggered it perfectly with the foyer and you can not tell the 'old' floor from the new. It is amazing. Adam stained 'sample' areas on the steps and foyer floor before we finalized the color. Our steps are oak so that was a special consideration. We really wanted the oak steps to match the cherry of the foyer, living and dining rooms, etc. We choose a very dark stain, Jacobean and then 3 coats of Bona Finish. It is perfect and Exclusive Wood Flooring did an outstanding job from beginning-to-end. Most noteably, the new iron spindles (100 of them!) transform the look of the staircase completely. The crew did an exceptional job designing the pattern and were meticulous about the proper placement of the spindles (design of the 'pattern') so it wouldn't look too busy or weird. We are thrilled and only wish we had done it sooner!

It went very well. They were very prompt for getting the job done. It was high quality work. I would recommend them to anybody.

Adam and his team are excellent. They were available for an estimate within the week I called. I had my choice of start dates and they finished the entire job in a week. The craftsmanship is excellent and I could not believe the price. My existing floors had a white washed stain and i wanted a honey colored stain. They refinished the old floors and installed new ones that look identical. They helped me move all furniture (moving the heavy pieces while I was at work). I completely trusted the workers in my home unsupervised. They were all consummate professionals.

I have used Exclusive in the past and knew the quality of their work. I had definite ideas about what I wanted in a new kitchen and what price I wanted to pay. It took awhile to reach an agreement on those details, but I knew that once I got past that hump, the work would be outstanding, and it definitely was! The cherry cabinets are beautiful, sturdy, and installed to perfection. These guys are truly craftsman who care about the details. In addition, they show up every day at the time they say they will, work very hard all day, and tidy up before they leave. The whole remodel was done in a month, which is a pretty condensed timeframe! They came every day - not showing up one day then disappearing for a week like some contractors will do- which helped the project to move along. The point that I cannot stress enough, though, is the quality. It's amazing. They build these cabinets themselves and know exactly how to install them. I used this same company,about 3 years ago, to install wood floors and crown molding throughout most of my house, and the quality was outstanding on that project, too.

Very smooth! The installers were on time professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Adam was very responsive and punctual in outlining the work to be done and getting me the quote. He was there to instruct his workers and start the job on the first day, but after that, we did not see him until I called him to make the final payment. His workers were excellent and courteous. They took great effort and time (2 days) to remove a very difficult tile floor while minimizing damage to the rest of the house (imagine loud pounding to break tiles, sawing to cut subflooring, and prying large sections up with 8 ft iron pry bars). They installed the flooring and had it sanded/stained in 2 more days. Then they installed the shoe molding and gave everything two coats of Synteko finish on the 5th day. We left the house for two days, and the Synteko dried and aired out. We were very pleased with their work, although we noted wall dings needing repair (we repaired them). The stair work was tricky, since no angles were square. I gained an appreciation of their woodworking skills.

I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. THE CRAFTSMANSHIP THEY PUT INTO INSTALLING OUR NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS, CROWN MOLDING, AND BASEBOARDS IS SOMETHING ONE DOESN'T FIND VERY READILY ANYMORE. THE WORKERS TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO DO THINGS RIGHT, EVEN THINGS I HADN'T ASKED! EVERY JOINT IS TIGHT, EVEN ON VERY DETAILED CROWN MOLDING THAT HAD TO HAVE BEEN DIFFICULT TO CUT AND FIT. THE RED OAK FLOOR (QUARTER SAWN) IS BEAUTIFUL! AGAIN, THEY 'DID THE RIGHT THING' BY PUTTING WOOD UNDER MY MAJOR APPLIANCES, NOT JUST TAKING THE EASY WAY OUT BY STOPPING THE WOOD FLOOR IN FRONT OF THEM. ALSO, IT'S WORTH MENTIONING THAT THE QUALITY OF THE WOOD PLANKS THEY USE IS THE HIGHEST I SAW ANYWHERE. I HAD LOOKED AT RED OAK AT A LOT OF PLACES, AND EXCLUSIVE'S WAS FAR AND AWAY THE BEST QUALITY. OF THE 3 QUOTES I GOT, THEIRS WAS THE MIDDLE, AND THAT WAS FOR CLEAR GRADE (THE HIGHEST) WHILE EVERYONE ELSE'S WAS FOR SELECT. ADAM PRZYBYLO, THE OWNER, IS A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUN
