Sent email on April 23, no response. Called with no answer. Second email sent May 14, responded that swamped and give two weeks to make an appointment. June 5, still no appointment and looking at reviews here, will have to send more emails. So, it hasn't gone anywhere.
Description of Work: Got Living Social voucher for gutter cleaning. Hasn't done anything as of yet.

Twice scheduled service, the first time I was advised his truck broke down. Second time just failed to show up. Would not answer my repeated calls - left numerous voice mails and rec'd no response.

We have been trying to schedule an appointment since March 20. After contacting living social via email and might I say several emails, they finally called Joe (owner) and got him to return my call. This took a month. We finally schedule an appointment for May 3. Joe (owner) claimed to never received my emails or any voicemail messages. Even though I have records via my emails and with Living social emails and phone records. Patiently waited to give Joe time to call me back. Mom passed away, had to fly, on a Friday the day we have appointment scheduled and I had to travel for the service and take care of the family. Joe immediately received that particular email and within a few hours I got a response to my email with a explanation of cancellation policy. Conveniently, the owner got this email but none of my previous emails from March 20 onwards or voicemails. Then when I requested Living social to credit me, which they did, the owner Joe goes on an email rampage and starts to harassing. Not admitting his mistakes and making it look like all was the customers fault. Unacceptable policy for this business and would never deal with such merchants. Alex has been cleaning my windows every spring and fall for 4 years now. He is always on time, works efficiently, never intrudes and is very pleasant. In the fall I have him take down the screens. He washes each screen and stacks them in my garage so they are ready to put back up in the spring. He even cleans the window sills! The windows are spotless when he finishes washing them inside and out. I highly recommend Alex and will continue using him every year.
Description of Work: Alex cleaned all the windows (and door windows) in my home inside and out (20), removed and cleaned the screens in the fall and put them back up in the spring.

Total fail.
Description of Work: The men who showed up from this company to clean my windows arrived on the wrong day, at the wrong time. I was home so I let them come in and do the job. It seemed they had never done window cleaning before; they broke my expensive blinds and tried to TAPE them back together to "fix" them. The owner, Joe assured me he would replace my broken, costly blind repair, then disappeared when the replacement was finally delivered and never called me back/reimbursed the expense his team caused as promised. Joe is a completely unprofessional and shifty business person. When I called the business who sold me my package with Clear View, they said they had had many complaints from customers and regretted doing business with Clear View. Would NEVER hire again or recommend to anyone, not even an enemy. I paid $65 for the window cleaning, and an addition $185 for a new blind. Not worth it at all.

There are 20 windows in the house, it is a one storey house and I paid $90. He is really good, and that’s why he is not a part of the other company that you have. I think he is someone independent. Everything is excellent about him.
