Description of Work: Here's the thing about why I graded quality good but everything else bad or lousy- we used Bee-Zee last year. It was just fine. But I have a new job for them, and I called last week (OCtober 2015) to get said job done, and I was told by a nice lady that I would get a call back (with mention that I could get someone out that week). I didn't get the call back, so I called the next day. I spoke to another nice lady that apologized and said I would get a call back. Understandable, things get busy. That was about six days ago and I have not heard back from anyone there. Two calls, two promises of getting the call back, and nothing. I guess they didn't want my business this time, which is too bad, because the first time I used them they were good.
