Description of Work: I purchased a 3 year service agreement with them. I have used them in the past for two furnaces, water heater, and an air conditioner. I use them for all my maintenance as well.

 + -1 moreAdvanced Air's response time was good and professional every time I called, but after the 27th hundredth time I had them to my house I finally threw in the towel and realized that Advanced Air was not going to correct my problem that they created. If you are installing a boiler I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: Advanced Air installed our boiler. They were hired through our contractor so I did not seek this company or hire them. The boiler was installed correctly however, the baseboard lengths were not calculated correctly. The baseboards were not installed correctly. The pipes were installed too tight through the wood floor so every time the pipes would heat up and expand the pipes would bang and the floor would creek. We had to have, by another company, cut the wood around all the pipes so that they could expand. The piping in the basement was so tightly secured that when the pipes heated up they had no room to expand and they began to bang. I have a 3 man band going on in my house every time the boiler calls for heat.

They both treated me with respect, and explained everything that was currently going on. I am very happy with the work they did, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I had Advanced Air install central air in my 115 year old house. The work involved running a return up to the top of the second floor, as well as installing all of the central air components.

 + -1 moreAdvanced Air was very responsive and actually had a live person answer the phone when I called and was able to get me on the schedule quickly within a couple of hours. Other Heating and Air Conditioning companies I called had only voice-mail and were not responsive. The technician, Sam was very good. He was on time and was extremely thorough. He walked me through every step he was taking in the repair and explained what he needed to do. He also did a lot of testing after the repair was complete. I will now only use Advanced Air and will sign up for an ongoing maintenance program.
Description of Work: My central air conditioner failed and Advanced Air responded quickly and repaired the air conditioning unit. The technician Sam was very experienced and knowledgeable to diagnose the problem. Sam added 4 lbs of freon and checked the unit for the proper pressure. He also checked the lines for leaks and discovered no leaks. Sam used a temperature gauge to check to see if the unit was operating correctly. He also added pipe insulation to the cooling pipe from the condenser to the house.

 + -1 moreThis is the third time that I have had a Unico system installed in a house or condo, and Advanced Air did the most thorough and professional job. Their prices were significantly cheaper than three other bids that I received. Did not choose them solely on price, but mainly because they understood what I wanted to accomplish, where I wanted to locate equipment and vents and my overall desire to make the job as aesthetically appealing as possible. They did minimal damage to the plaster walls and ceilings, if any, in the installation process. They were slightly delayed at the beginning and it took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth the wait.
Description of Work: Installed 2 Carrier condenser units and Unico air conditioning system with humidifiers in a three story house.
