ACCURATE CONSTRUCTION

We engaged Jeremy to soundproof our master bedroom. We accepted his quote and scheduled the project. Two weeks before the project was scheduled to begin Jeremy completely stopped responding to our communications. I left multiple voicemails, sent emails, and text messages and could not get a response.

At that time he explained everything that he would do and the extent to which the noise could be remediated. He explained everything he could do from my unit (as outlined above,) and said that he should be able to get an 80-90% reduction in the noise. Jeremy and his crew were fantastic. They arrived in a timely manner, performed all the work, and kept me appraised of the process as it went along. His crew encountered one minor issue, in that the unit above me has 2 layers of subfloor, which is still causing some squeeking, and there is no way to address that issue from below. (It was clear that all of the main subfloor was shimmed, glued, and not moving at all.) That said, the noise is definitely much better. The work is now complete and I am back in my home looking forward to living in my space again.

Responsive to emails and phone calls. Guys were professional, nice. Did a good job, but needed them to return to make things a bit closer to perfect.

When we met initially, he told me I'd have a proposal from him in the next few days. I didn't hear back until the following week, when he emailed me with a few questions. I replied right away, as I was interested in getting his proposal. He said I'd get it in the next day or so. I didn't hear back from him for about a week, so I followed up via email. He replied and said I'd get the proposal in the next couple of days. He didn't send anything through for another week, so I called him. He apologized for the delay and said he'd send it through in the next couple of days. I didn't get anything, so a week later I called and emailed again. No response. Another week goes by and I call again... he picks up, says he'll send it right away. Never does. He appears to be one of those people who will tell you one thing to your face, and do something totally different... which isn't really ideal in a contractor. In the end, he never even sent me a proposal and just wasted a bunch of my time.

They did not honor coming back to finish the sound proof ceiling in the bathroom. While installing the ceiling they ruined the paint on our walls and now we have unexpectedly to spend thousands of dollars re-painting our walls.

He came on time and was very nice and personable. He examine our condo thoroughly and determined what type of sound proofing would work best given our problem with our upstairs neighbors. He has a lot of experience with sound proofing and I cannot recommend him enough. We ended up not doing the job, because we ended up decided to move into a home. But I would definitely recommend him and his company. I would not hesitate to call him in the future. He was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend him!!

The job went very well. They called a couple days before they arrived. They actually came a week before they said they would arrive. Workers arrived at 7am. sharp. By 6pm., the workers had FINISHED the job. This included cleanup. I do not have a small house. (4 bedroom 2 story) The company arrived when they said they would arrive and finished in one day like they said they would. My neighbor could not believe it only took one day. I will use Angie's List again.

Jeremy and team were great. They walked me through the estimate answering all my questions. The work was done on time and on budget. They actually did a few extra clean up and touch up items in the bedrooms that they did not have to do. I have recommended them to friends that are also using Accurate Construction in their home. Overall, great experience and will use them in the future.

Jeremy did a great job of building a large roof-top deck. I would highly recommend his carpentry skills. He is very professional and straight forward.
