They built a shed with a garage door on one side and a patio on the other side. Everything went as planned, nice gray siding that matches our house, gutters were included.

The building started on time but the weather threatened a few days. We also contracted for the driveway to be removed and replaced with new concrete. When the garage was completed, we were notified that it was in violation of a city code - the person who applied for the building permit gave them incorrect information. So we had to have a zoning ordinance changed in order to not have to tear it down. After the garage was done I had issues with the openers and called the company to come out and help but they never arrived. The salesman came by for an inspection report and I told him about this problem and other problems with the concrete. He said he would notify the concrete contractor but we have never heard anything from them. The garage also had light showing through places in the walls and I reported that. They did come out to fix that. After the permit debacle the city required that the breezeway be completed with drywall and when the men came to do that I thought they were here to help with the garage doors. They did answer my questions but it wasn't their job! They completed the breezeway work. The sales rep came by again to talk to my husband who had questions about the foundation and we told him again about the concrete problem in the driveway. Again he said he would contact the concrete contractor and have him contact us. We have never heard from him. The experience was good while the building was in progress but once done it seems as if no one has time to take care of the minor problems left.
