Description of Work: Repairs to two toilets.Had to call in a real plumber to replace the parts installed by your service guy on the first floor and the upstairs toilet began a running flush and I had to re-connect the feed to stop the run-on. Called again for a leaking sink upstairs and your service guy told us to replace the sink without looking at the leak. Gave us the name of a builder who never called us back. My wife repaired the sink and it has worked well for over a year.

Description of Work: He phoned me back as promised once I left a message with the Answering Service......always a good start! I did not use their service today as I realized I had a coupon (about to expire) from another plumbing company after I made the phone call Neal, who phoned from Intelligent, was very friendly, gracious about my using someone else and professional. And I learned that the company just moved within blocks of my home and that I drive past them almost daily! Very pleased with the response and I will be using them in the future I am sure. Bonnie

Description of Work: Checked all the plumbing, verified water was leaking through the grout and caulk, explained how to fix the problem. Friendly, helpful, and detailed explanations.

Description of Work: We had a leak from our bathtub into our basement. Neal.arrived on time, which as an hour after we placed our call. He was very friendly and after inspecting our tub and the leak in the basement, he was told us two of jets were cracked. He gave us a couple contractors who worked on our brand of tub so they could fix it. Ha showed my husband some issues he had found that showed it may have been cracked since it was installed.

Description of Work: Had plumbing backed up due to pipe issue right in front of the driveway. They replaced the old clay 6 ft pipe with new PVC and also install a clean-out. Work was done in about 5-6 hours. I guess I gave it a B because there is no way for me to know if the job was the only option. I got a second quote that was more expensive and was told I had the same problem (but he didn't send a camera down from the toilet since it would of cost $800 just to get that started; he assumed that was likely to problem). I guess the real reason I'm not going to give an A is because of this: initially two guys were working on filling gravel; a third guy came by later and ask the master plumber was there a lot of roots taken hold into the pipe; the master plumber didn't answer and shot a glance to me to see if I"m listening; that made me feel that maybe they didn't have to dig open my driveway to install the new PVC. Maybe I'm just super paranoid, but and the end of the day I did have a clean-out install so it is not like I didn't get anything out of it. But just have second thoughts if I had to spend that much money to begin with and if installing the clean-out could of waited.

Description of Work: My ejector pump had to be replaced. The repair specialist was excellent and a credit to his organization. He even came back a few days later at no charge to correct a valve that was not apart of the pump fix but made things work a lot quieter. I was very please as this all happened at a time when my wife was seriously ill in the hospital. He had heard me on the phone speaking about her. He inquired about her then and on his return. I will use them again because of him and the polite service I got from the woman who called me for the follow up appointment.

Description of Work: They responded quickly, came out and cleared my pipes through the clean-out in front. I experienced the same problem within about 10 days, which I wasn't happy about, but they came back out within a few days and cleared out the other clean-out. Very professional, good response time, nice guys. Didn't charge for the 2nd clean-out, which I appreciated. I feel the original $515 was a lot but I do know plumbers simply charge a lot so I assume would get a similar, or higher, price somewhere else.

Description of Work: They were very responsive. I liked their approach in discussing trouble shooting options and advising about best and worst case scenarios. Everyone I encountered in this company were knowledgeable and professional. I will call on them for all future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Tore out in-floor plumbing and installed overhead plumbing, extractor pit, plus multiple floor drains and drain tile in basement prior to finishing project. They are a bit pricey which is the only reason I gave them a "B" for price, but it was worth it.

Description of Work: Fixed a minor plumbing issue. Work was done ok but I felt it was too expensive for the type of issue we had. From what I understand they are bit expensive.

Description of Work: Unplugged a sewage line. Required removal of a toilet and extensive plumbing to remove the blockage (a small brush accidentally flushed down the toilet by the drywall guys). This service was done at my parent's home. My Dad was very pleased by the quality of their service and commitment toward customer satisfaction. He said he'd use them again.

Description of Work: They have failed to respond altogether. I can't very well do business with a company that chooses to ignore me.
