Plumber was very skilled & professional & friendly. Was even very friendly to our over-friendly dog. Discussed & provided options. Was able to do same-day appointment. Warranty on product & labor was very good. Only hesitation is that they use flat-rate pricing. I am relatively sure I received a fair price, but the lack of itemized costs (parts, labor, etc) make it harder to compare to a more traditional per-hour pricing scheme. Not sure what to think about this (e.g., not sure if it is good or bad). In the event complications arise, this can work in the customer's favor. This plumber also appears to operate as "Intelligent Plumbing".

They seemed okay. I needed them to do something quickly and they responded. They were relatively quick with their response. I thought they were a little expensive, but I was not dissatisfied with any of the work that they had done.

Technician was prompt, clean, personable and professional. He completed the work in about an hour. I was satisfied with the job and would likely recommend this company to others for plumbing work.

I was shown how I could repair it myself - and more cheaply - but the work did require a degree of manual and physical dexterity I don't possess (and a kind of patience for this type of work that I don't have)...it seemed a little pricey (but just a little) for what was done, but still, they were on time, they explained what needed to be done, they worked efficiently and professionally and came in exactly on quote. And they fixed the problem! I will most certainly use them again. .

My wife was giving baths to the kids in the evening (about 8pm) when we noticed water backing up from the downstairs toilet (very gross). Knowing this was beyond my scope of expertise, I called around and even so-called 24-hour emergency plumbers did not want to come out. Kerr was the only one that came out that night, and if I recall correctly it was raining as well. They went to the basement and theorized that it was a blockage in the main discharge to the septic tank (as they could hear 'drips' in the basement as well). Well, they were right that it was a blockage in the main discharge to the septic. All-in-all, very pleased with their professionalism and the fact that they came out at night in the rain.

He replaced the Check valve the pump, removed and replaced a nasty connector between the check valve and the copper pipe. The plumber was awesome, very polite and personable. Got the job done quickly, cleaned up and left everything perfectly.

Jason was quick to respond and the price was great for an emergency visit on Valentine's Day. everything was explained prior to the work being completed. Very happy with the company.

Overall, we were satisfied with the work.

Our water heater was not working, so I called them out for an 8am service call the next day. Late the night before, my husband figured it out but I didn't think it was fair to cancel on them last minute. When he arrived I told him I thought it was fixed but I wanted them to double check as I didn't think it was fair to cancel last minute. He looked the system, found a small blockage (bee hive) on the exhaust vent, removed it. He didn't charge for the call and just asked that we call him in the future. One time prior a few months back, he replaced a blower on our other water heater. I felt the charge for that service was reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Very professional, neat, courteous, helpful. Came right away - explained everything during the process of fixing the drip. Even called the next day to make sure everything was OK Price was a bit high but it was disclosed up front and there were no unpleasant surprises. The whole process went very smoothly and the drip was fixed in less than 40 minutes.

The plumbing was the only part of the project that went right. Because of a problem with the countertops, I had to reschedule with the plumbers several times. They were great about it and even came on Saturday morning. They were professional and neat. It was a good experience.

Kitchen sink became completely clogged and backed up. After trying to remove blockage myself with no success, I called Kerr Mechanical/intell I Rooter who I heard from a friend was pretty reputable. Mr Kerr came out within a few hours, and gave me a estimate of $250 - provided no complications. He immediately went to work and found the blockage in the basement piping. He cleaned out the line and resolved the problem. Mr Kerr was prompt and professional, and he held to his quote. I was very satisfied with their service.

Worked great. I called late afternoon and the water heater was installed the next day.
