+ -1 moreThis time it did not go to well. They gave the installer the wrong linoleum that I bought and then overcharged me by about $40. I caught it and had to get a refund. In the end it turned out fine but a few hassles in between.
Description of Work: I used Southern Illinois Tile And Carpet Supply Inc to buy and install linoleum.

Description of Work: We had purchased hardwood flooring in the past and were very pleased with the workmanship. When we remodeled our bath we went back for the tile. Our contractor ended up installing it. When we had an insurance claim for our kitchen at the same time our contractor had to find someone to install new tile because it seemed they didn't have anyone available. The main problem was getting an itemized envoice. We never did really get a breakdown on the costs to be able to evaluate whether we received a fair deal.

Description of Work: Southern Illinois tile is the merchant that I purchased the tile for my backsplash in the kitchen. They were very helpful with coordinating colors with my cabinets and cabinet tops, allowing me to take samples home, gave me the time I needed to make my decision without pressuring me to decide before I was ready. They readily agreed to allow us to check the tile we ordered. (It was glass tile.) They were excellent with coordination of the grout with the whole project and asked me to let them know how I liked the project.

+ -1 moreWe were planning to remodel our kitchen and have done business with this company several times before. They have a large selection of quality linoleum and other flooring compared to others. Also when you get an estimate EVERYTHING is written out . We picked out the linoleum we liked and we knew how much it would cost including laying, It is a very good quality although it was a tad bit higher than linoleum usually runs. The floor layer we got was very experienced and wanted to do a quality job (many years experience).
