They are good people and work hard and very pleasant to talk to and listen when you try to tell them how the furnace was acting. They always try to get to you on the same day you call them which is very important to me!!!

Within minutes of my 8 am online request I received a call from a representative. By 3 o clock that afternoon our furnace was repaired even though they had to go to a supply store about an hour and a half away to pick up the part. My only issue at all is that I did not receive an invoice for the work done, just a price written on a business card.

Had our old furnace and air conditioning system replaced with a new system. Shane is very knowledgeable and was very thorough in making sure everything was right. Was very patient in answering our questions. Properly sized our new unit so our air flow is much improved over the old system. From the first call quickly responding to our request for a quote from Home Advisor, to a follow-up visit to make sure we were well-pleased with the install, Shane and Brock were very professional and performed excellent work.

When they came out and looked at our unit they found problems from the prior contractor and fixed them for us. When they set an appointment time they actually showed up to do the work which is a problem we had in the past with someone else. Their prices were very affordable. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
